a real "general store" in a period building (magnificent door handle)! run by the same family for several generations. Incredible choice, you can have a snack (very very good and varied) on a community table, great for chatting with locals or passing through.
In continual operation since the 1850s, Wayside is one of Vermont’s oldest stores. The current owner has even written a book about it!
