Customer service is horrendous. If you choose overnight shipping, you will pay an exorbitant amount and get it 5 days later. Essentially the worst experience to have at the time of someone's death. Keep searching for your needs elsewhere.

During a very hard time this company stepped up in such a big way for me. Their dedication to providing me with exactly what I wanted was so impressive and very much appreciated. Their personable and attentive customer service was excellent and helpful. They were able to give me an honest time frame and I even recieved my piece sooner than we expected. Now my grandma will be as close to my heart as she was when I was a child and would spend the most amazing ******* of my life with her. Thank you cremation solutions for providing me with everything I needed in such a hard time.

So...after initially having a MAJOR problem reaching them by telephone , it appears that they are reachable by email and correspond well thru email. I did order an Urn. The price was fair and delivery was quick.

I cannot stress this enough DO NOT, DO NOT do any type of business with this company! I purchased a monument urn on April 28th to complete my mother's memory garden. Two and half months have passed by and Jeff Staab/ Owner of Cremation Solutions was unable to provide me any information as to if I would be receiving my purchase. Jeff does business with third party companies whom he blames for any delays. Jeff NEVER takes responsibility! Communication, regardless by phone or email, with Jeff is absurd! Jeff will delay any type of communication with you up to a month before any response is made. The main number is just an answering service and the companies social media profiles are just blogs (for good reason due to the bad reviews the company would surely receive). The grieving process is difficult enough and having to deal with a company like this is added headache and heartache. Let me save you time, when disputing your refund DO NOT go through the company go through your credit card issuer for results.FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR LOVED ONES, STAY CLEAR from Cremation Solutions! There is literally no SOLUTION!

I would NEVER recommend this company for literally anything after the 2.5 months of run around on my monument. The amount of disrespect directly from Jeff Staab / Owner of Cremation Solutions was absurd. After giving them benefit of the doubt for 2 months, he failed to reply to my numerous emails.Don't dispute your refund through the company, do it through your credit card issuer. You'll be taken care of since they don't respond to any communications.STAY CLEAR from from Cremation Solutions. There is literally no solution.

I am doubtful this is even a "business." I have attempted to call several times about my order of an urn. They took my money, but it has not shipped yet. Every time I call I either get a voice mail or an "answering service." Every time. I just tried the phone number listed here which is different than the number on their website and on the emaile receipt. Voice mail again. As though they have no office or office hours. How disgusting that they scam money from bereaved people.

I would absolutely advice against purchasing ANYTHING from this company! I purchased a $609 ring on July 1st, 2020 and ended up moving prior to the completion of the ring. I informed the company 3 separate times on August 4th of my new address and even received an email back saying it would be updated and not to worry. The item did not ship until August 10th and was STILL sent to the wrong address! Despite this, I was willing to give them a chance to correct their wrong and send me a new ring. This was worked out on August 27th. After not receiving any promising updates that a new ring was being made anytime soon, I requested a refund on September 10th. Was told it would take 5-7 days for it to process. Reached out again on September 17th and was told a new story now about how they need to file a dispute with FedEx BEFORE I would receive my refund. This is completely unacceptable as I updated the company almost a week prior to them shipping the item with the new address, therefore I shouldn’t need to wait for any communication between them and FedEx for my refund seeing as it wasn’t my fault. I’ll also add that the responses take FOREVER for them to send to you in order to stay updated about anything. And the person I’ve been recently speaking to on Facebook has been incredibly rude and argumentative - even resorting to simply sending a “thumbs up” in response to me asking a question and sending a lengthy message regarding my refund process instead of being professional and taking the time to read it and actually respond. I have never in my life spent so much money to a business that treats their customers so incredibly poorly. Instead of making things right or just simply refunding me back my money for their mess up, I’m going to have to fight tooth and nail for my money back and be treated as if I’m to blame the entire time. I’m extremely disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere and with a company that will not only be sympathetic to your loss and how important these sentimental items are to you, but also who treats you kind and goes out of their way to keep you at ease with responsive emails throughout the entire process. Cremation Solutions is NOT that company!!!

I purchased a fingerprint jewelry item. It was so easy and the quality was amazing. Great customer service made it even better. Dealing with a small, owner operated business made it that much more personal during a time when my emotional strength was drained. This is a business we wish we didn’t need to use but you will be so happy they are on your side when you do.

Cremation Solutions created a beautiful crystal pendant, which has helped me honor my deceased pet. Everything about the service was extremely timely, especially during the pandemic. Thank you for giving me a way to take my pet and the memories with me wherever I go.

We ordered a $105.00 charm that came damaged. We have sent 4 emails and called over 5 times with no response. Very disappointed with the customer services and non-response from this company.
