I was travelling through and had a tire issue. A local woman saw that the left rear tire was about to come off!! She recommended Poissant and the owner came out quickly, got me set to drive to his shop. There he replaced the snapped lugs and posts to get me where I was going. Cost was very fair! Top Notch and I would recommend.

I was on a long distance trip from Illinois to upstate NY. Leading up to the trip I was working long hours and did not have much time to prepare or get my car checked out which is usually something I always do. I had the car for only a few months, but I took the risk anyway. Needless to say many miles from home I had car troubles and needed a tow and repair. Poissant Auto towed me in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the repair, and got me rolling again the next morning. They also let me know my tires were in terrible shape which I took care of in Plattsburgh NY the same day. Being from out of state these guys could have ripped me off, but they did not. I highly recommend and cant thank them enough. The rest of the trip went smoothly and me and my buddies were able to hike Mt Marcy on a beautiful day.
