Takes weeks from when I place an order to get my prescription or sometimes it just gets canceled. When I'm out I'm out it's not on me to call insurance companies and doctors. Filled exact prescription at Smith's and there were no issues.

I was the fourth car deep in line for the drive thru pharmacy. Took 50 minutes to pick up a prescription that had already been filled, and ready to pick up. The 3 cars in front of me obviously didn't have there's ready. But Walgreens just lets them wait until it is, holding back everybody else. Then you get to the window and they have some old lady who can't understand anything, while 3 other workers in there are leaning against the counter. Nobody was in line in the store. I'd give them a zero rating for customer service, and Fire the tech working the window. Hopefully this place reads these comments.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Shoutout to Shannon, she went above and beyond to help me. She even walked me through how to find a coupon code to help with the cost.

We're very polite and helped me and my Dad with filling his prescriptions. The lady pharmacist is super sweet and very keen at helping.

Avoid this place. Even if you try to get prescriptions here you will need God's own luck to get any employee to do anything that might be sensible. Wasted five trips, 3 phone calls and even failed one through their app in the course of two days.. they could not have done worse if they were my worst enemy. Terrible place

This is absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't get my medication because this location has decided to close 2 hours early and not update their hours online. Google still says they're open until 9 and that the hours were updated a week ago. They close at 7. So we call another Walgreens to get my medicine transferred over and we thought all was well. Turns out this location doesn't know how to transfer prescriptions and my prescription got "stuck" at this location due to insurance not being transferred. I was told to pick it up at the other location I would have to pay $800 due to this location's mistake and that only the Wood's Cross location could fill our prescription now. We then went back today, Saturday, at 6pm to be sure we could get there in time before the 7pm closure. WELL APPARENTLY...THEY CLOSE AT 5PM ON SATURDAYS. Which is complete nonsense. We had gone to this location for a long time and these were never their hours. I now have to suffer another day with no medicine due to their incompetence. This is not a game. If you're going to close early and force people to fill their prescriptions elsewhere...you BETTER ONOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING WHEN TRANSFERRING PRESCRIPTIONS! this has caused me pain and suffering while I'm recover from having a baby. They should be ashamed of themselves at this location. Avoid at all costs.

good night I give you one star because I went to look for a medicine at 6:45 pm that the pediatrician prescribed for my baby for the fever and they close at 7 pm and he did not want to attend me because he had already closed, having the medicine he needed, which lack of humanity.

I've had a good experience every time I've come here--generally everyone is efficient and friendly. Last time there was a weird issue with my insurance and the pharmacist listened to my concerns and helped me come up with a solution and even followed up with my doctor to make sure I got my (much needed) prescription in time. Very happy with the service that day.

Expensive flu shots if you don't have insurance. Also called them another time and sat on hold for 10 min, rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me.

We stopped by for a quick prescription pick-up. It was midday and there was only one tech and one pharmacist. The tech was busy when we got there and we waited a few minutes before she could get to us. You could tell she had been busy for a while, but her attitude was so wonderful and professional. She was very pleasant to talk to and helped us with our order quickly and in a very friendly manner. Its refreshing to experience someone who can handle the stress of their job and maintain a positive attitude and not take it out on the customer.
