I visited Point S tire shop five times, spending about $900, but my car's and misalignment issues weren't resolved. This included the purchase of four new tires on their recommendation, car balancing, and a $120 alignment service. Despite these efforts, my car is still pulling slightly to the right. I acknowledge the necessity of new tires and appreciate the included balancing service, the unresolved alignment issue after spending $120 is disappointing. I plan to save up and revisit the shop to address this, hoping they can offer a solution that justifies my spending at their shop. I'm open to discuss this with them if they want to reach out.

I was on my way to a business meeting driving North on I-15 when my new vehicle alerted me one of my tires was significantly low in pressure—it couldn’t have come at a more stressful time. I called my partner to tell her I would be late to the meeting and she recommended I pull off in Woods Cross to take my car to Point S - hurriedly I made my way to their shop. There is no way I could have expected what would unfold next. I walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman at the front desk named Chris who happened to be the manager of this location. I explained my dilemma and how terrible the timing was to have a flat tire- I was so preoccupied I couldn’t even properly identify which tire was affected ?! I then watched as Chris himself grabbed my keys IMMEDIATELY- walked out to my vehicle HIMSELF - pulled my car into a bay and had his team begin their work. This was the middle of the afternoon and almost every service bay was full. There were people stacked waiting in the lobby so I walked outside to jump on calls to mitigate the fallout that was sure to come from this unfortunate detour. In less than 10 min of pacing and talking on the phone out front - no exaggeration- I watched as Chris pulled my car up- nonchalantly walked up to me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to go… Still on the phone- in disbelief- I hung up and followed him inside where he proceeded to tell me they found a screw in my tire and were able to patch it. The next thing I knew I was back on the road - driving in total shock as I’ve never experienced anything quite like this before. Had it not been for one of the classiest professionals I’ve ever met - with the most genuine empathy for my situation - I would have missed a major meeting with a very important new client. Chris made what in my mind was the impossible a reality. I’ve taken the time to document my entire experience because it meant that much to me- my business- and my business partner. Thank you SINCERELY Chris and Point S Woods Cross- you are literally my heroes! I look forward to buying tires from you when the time comes. All my Gratitude and Respect! ???

Wow, fast easy and very friendly! Everything i hoped for. Scary buying new tires but the knowledge and confidence I felt here made it easy! Knowing they have free flat repairs and free tire rotation was a big deal to me. After a few repairs were done and driving home when I Left, made me feel like I was in a new car! Thanks Point S you've made a customer for life!!

Dropped my car off with them after having a bad shaking problems no one could figure out for years. They fixed it in less than a day- no more shaking. Highly recommend

My sister our 2 sons & I were driving back to Montana from California , when we pulled off in salt lake to fuel up & noticed my tire was making a weird noise … We limped to the nearish tire shop with happened to be this shop … and waited till about 640 am … I made a call to them & told my situation , they got us in right away & had all 4 tires changed with brand new tires & we were on our way to our final destination (Montana ) in a short 25 mins

I've been going to this place for years and have received pretty much good service. However I was told a few years back that there was carbon build up in the head gasket. They recommended that I will have to have that taken care of which cost over $2,000 so I did so. A little while back I had more issues with the car and they couldn't figure it out so they performed the same head gasket test and told me there was more carbon build up. I did not ask for this test and they charged me for it. The manager suggested that I just sell the car. I took it to another mechanic and he told me the car was fine and that I just needed to put some seafoam in the gas to help. I feel like this was just a scam to get more money out of me. They also replaced the thermostat housing several times with cheap parts as it kept causing problems. I do not trust Point S anymore and will never be back.

I don't normally leave reviews... But this place has undoubtedly earned a 5 star review. My family and I have tried many other auto shops around town. This place takes the cake for the best one. They are incredibly skilled at what they do. Their service and communication is top notch. Have had many positive experiences letting them work on my vehicles. Today they really just knocked it outta the park for me and came through when I really needed it. Would highly recommend giving them your business, great people and all around a great establishment.
