In October 2023, I purchased a 2022 Cadillac Escalade from Murdock GMC for nearly $95,000, close to the high Blue Book value. The car was presented as being in excellent condition, with full factory warranty. However, after buying the vehicle, it took nearly three months to receive the title, raising concerns. Shortly after, a check engine light appeared, and Jerry Seiner GMC informed me that the car had undergone numerous warranty repairs, including two complete engine rebuilds within its first year. Murdock GMC claimed they were not legally required to disclose these repairs since they were under warranty. However, when asked directly, the sales representative assured me there was nothing material to disclose about the car’s history. In July 2024, a loud clinking sound emerged from the front passenger side, and the check engine light returned. Despite driving the car less than 5,000 miles since purchase, it continues to experience issues. The General Manager initially promised to "make it right," but has since left the company, and I have been unable to get anyone at Murdock to address the situation. I believe Murdock GMC's sales team was deceptive in their handling of this sale. They knowingly withheld significant issues about the vehicle, feeling "protected" by the fact that the repairs were under warranty. This omission is a violation of the duty of disclosure, particularly when it materially affects the car’s value and reliability. Had I known about the repeated engine rebuilds, I would never have purchased the car. This deception has left me with a vehicle that I cannot trust, impacting both its resale value and my peace of mind. Nor has Murdock responded to my outreaches after multiple attempts.

Jeff took good care of us. We bought a 2023 Colorado and didn't feel any pressure. He picked us up from the train station so we could drive our new vehicle home.

Had a great experience at Murdock Chevrolet today purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, Jeff Voss, was excellent to work with and was very transparent and helped to make things go smoothly. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours from arriving at dealership, test driving, all the way through finalizing the financing for my vehicle. I would highly recommend going to Murdock Chevrolet for your next car purchase.

We purchased a used Ram truck from here. We were highly impressed with the sales process. Buying a used car is always risky, but Murdock has a large sign saying 3 month/3,000 mile warranty, so we were not stressed.
However, after minimally driving the truck, 11 days after the purchase, the check engine light came on. We took it in, thinking the warranty would cover it. It needed a new thermostat and they recommended new brakes. Unfortunately, the warranty didn’t cover it. We got it replaced and were hopeful to be done.
Two weeks later, we took the truck camping. Halfway up Parleys, the check engine light came on, the transmission was overheating, and the car would not accelerate. We took it in and they said it needed a new transmission. Thankfully, this time it was covered. They said they would pay for the transmission part and labor, but not the fluid and other parts. When we went to pick it up, the charge was more than expected. They said we had to pay for the labor for the transmission programming. Seeing as how they said labor was covered, this doesn’t make any sense to us.
We are very sad to give Murdock such a poor reviews since the buying process was so great. But, driving a truck less than 100 miles and having to pour $1400+ in tells me that they do not care about customer retention.

I can't recommend the the team at Murdock Chevrolet enough. They took excellent care of me and when the time comes, I'll buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. They were patient with me and helped me find the right truck and the whole process couldn't have been better.

Overpriced and after I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in they say it will take 24-48 hours to diagnose a bad A/C... are you serious, that diagnosis would take tops 60 minutes! Why make an appointment and then demand we leave the car FOR DAYS before you'll even look at it.
6 days later (thursday-tuesday) haven't heard a peep...
I finally had to call them to get an update. Quoted $5,000,000,000 for the repair of course.
