How refreshing it is to work with a company who does everything they say they are going to do. In the case of Loveland landscaping, they did exactly that and more. The entire team went beyond our expectations. Their communication was prompt and professional. The amount of work they completed each day was simply amazing. The finished product was fantastic. We are so happy we found Loveland landscaping, and we feel confident recommending them to anyone. Special shout to Carter and the entire team!

Recently, Loveland Landscaping and Gardens landscaped my entire front yard and did some work in my backyard. I am so pleased with what they did, and my yard is beautiful. I interacted with eight different people and to a person they were professional and friendly. It was a team effort. One of the outstanding things about this company is not once did they tell me what I wanted. Rather, they listened to me and when I asked for an opinion then it was offered. Another strength was the emphasis of the designer on choosing plants that are appropriate for my area, e.g., drought tolerance and deer resistance among other things. She also kept in mind the flowering times and colors of the different flowers. The crew that came to my property amazed me at how hard they worked. I watched them for 3½ days and was impressed how efficiently they worked going strong the entire time and at the end of each day left their staging area and my property tidy. The construction manager was onsite every day working with the crew to make sure they had everything they needed to keep things on schedule. Further, he has been responsive to my questions and concerns that have come up since completion of the project, even returning to my home. Three years ago, I contracted with another company do much of the same work that Loveland has recently completed, and their work failed completely. Working with these two companies was as different as night and day. I would recommend Loveland to anyone in a heartbeat.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have found a company with the integrity of Loveland Landscape to handle our landscape redo and refresh. They gave me excellent advice, pricing and proposals were reasonable, and they created a great new layout. Plus I got an education on the plant types and installs designed to address my specific needs. And then there was the construction crew. What a breath of fresh air! They were on schedule, kept us informed, did a beautiful job, worked thru my changes and additions seamlessly, and never left us in a mess. In my experience, that just doesn't happen. Everyone I encountered connected to this company was great! Thank you for an excellent project and a beautiful result!

I selected Loveland based on the landscape work my son had them do on his home. I was originally scheduled for the first of May but because of mild weather, they were able to start work on the first of April :)
Carter and his team arrived when they said they would and got right to work. We needed raised planters filled and prepped, water lines ran, french drains built and a small block retaining wall constructed. We also had an area that needed to be raised and new sod laid.
All the work took about a week. It went faster than expected and I didn't have any DIY work to do after they finished.
Carter did a great job keeping me informed on their progress, when there were weather delays and adapted to the unexpected and unseen water piping and grading issues.
I will have Carter and crew back when additional work needs to be done.

I loved working with Loveland Landscape. Everyone person who came to my home was professional and did excellent work. I smile every time I look at my yard and the wonderful transformation. I'm especially happy with the patio pavers it is beautiful and so well done. All my friends and neighbors have complemented the yard, and asked who did it. I am happy to recommend having Loveland Landscape to all my friends. Thank you so much for the great job.

Nothing but appreciation for Suzy, Dan, Carter and team at Loveland Landscape. We opted to use their landscape design service since we didn't have a vision for our sloping, overgrown backyard. Suzy and Dan put together a creative design that maximized the space and worked within our budget. Once the design was finalized, it was handed over to Carter to execute. Over the span of three weeks Carter and his crew turned Suzy's design into reality and did it in the most friendly and professional way possible notwithstanding 100 degree temps. The entire Loveland team was respectful and responsive to any thoughts or comments that we had and flexible with a few changes made along the way. We are looking forward to enjoying the backyard for years to come and using Loveland Landscape to do our front yard in the future. Highly recommend.Services: Walkway landscaping

We had our yard completely re-landscaped they tore out the old grass and sprinkler system installed new grass and sprinkler system and added gravel they cleaned up after theirselves and we're very happy with the results

ABOSLUTELY LOVE Loveland Landscaping! Met with Dan and Suzy to build out the design, they went above and beyond giving insight and recommendations that we never thought of. The initial bid was very competitive and after a few design sessions we love what they came up with and went with Loveland. Carter was the Project Manager and was so proactive about the entire project, always in communication and ensure we were happy. The entire crew was AMAZING and worked so hard every day they were here. I would recommend Loveland to EVERYONE!!Services: Sod installation

I will start off by saying AJ was quick to respond to my emails and was apologetic, which is the reason this isn't a 1 star review. But not all of the things I was told would be fixed were taken care of, and I still think people need to know about the workers who actually come out to the properties. I hired Loveland Landscapes and Gardens for a xeriscape project. The workers were not very respectful of my property and really didn't do a professional job: - They left trash (soda cans, water bottles, paper) when they left. - A worker ran over one of my solar lights (in a section that wasn't being worked on). I saw on my security camera that he backed up over it, then they proceeded to just scoop it up and throw it in the garbage. They couldn't even be bothered to report it to us or their employer. (Loveland did reimburse me for the light.) - They left my sprinklers running for 6+ hours. In the middle of the day. In this drought. - They started the project on a Friday and left for a three-day weekend. Without asking if it was okay, they parked their heavy machine in my backyard, ruining the grass that was underneath it. - They failed to bring 3 tons of the rock I paid for, did not make the rock depth as deep as it should have been, did not fully cover the ground with weed barrier, and didn't do any work in a section that was specifically included in the project. Even when they came back a week later, most of the issues weren't fixed. My parents also had this company xeriscape their front yard at the same time and had shoddy work done, as well as other issues (the workers going into their backyard to pick fruit off their tree and pee by their shed...). I also found out from one of the owners that instead of talking to my dad about some issues with the work being done (or contacting the project manager), the workers just pretended they couldn't speak English and ignored him. In response to all the concerns I had, the officer manager wrote, "I have never had anyone complain about them, they have been with our company for 15+ years." I felt like that was a dismissive response. Plus, since my parents also had issues with the workers who went to their house, I have a hard time believing we're the only people to deal with this. Poor work habits don't appear overnight. One of the owners did stop by to bring a check for the extra cost on my utility bill from the sprinklers being left on. However, after speaking with her about my experience, my impression of the company overall did not improve, especially when I was told that as an owner, she shouldn't have to deal with these things. She did offer to have people come out to look at the work that still wasn't fixed, but since there were issues all three days they were at my house, I didn't want to risk having something else happen, so I'll just do what I can to fix things.
