Quick to resolve our issue. When I went to pick up the car they broke down the exact problem and even showed me the old part they replaced. The final bill ended up being less than the originally quoted price. Unheard of from mechanic shops. It’s been ~2 months since the fix and we have had zero issues again.

The owner was really nice.. Did not try to up sell or sell us something we didn't need.. Big O' Tire trying to tell us we need to Relpace the whole wheel system & it was gonna cost $1,600. But Jensen's Auto told us that it was a simple fix & it was under $400.
