Terrible customer service!
I dropped my sons car off on Monday to have recalls and a oil change done by Saturday, plenty time you would think.
My son called them and went over everything that we had went over to have done. He picked his car up on Saturday. One recall was done. He ended up waiting. They said the oil change was done. It was never set back for the oil change. he had a feeling the oil change was not done when he checked his oil it was dirty. Went back to the dealership and they told him it was done but it was not in his records. He’s waiting for the manager to call him which still has not happened.

I dropped my sons car off on Monday with a list of recalls and problems and an oil change . They knew my son would pick it up on Saturday, he went to pick it up and 1 recall was done. They told him the oil was changed the service guy never reset the oil percentage back, he checked the oil it was dirty and never changed. The service manager said he picked the car up early. Now he needs to go get his oil changed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was just quoted 1100 to replace a thermostat in my f350, this is a repair that takes me one hour in my driveway.Top of the engine,easy to get to,3 bolts.They had 4 hours of shop time,800,200 in coolant and 150 for the part.I just did the repair in 45 minutes and 50 for the part.Are these dealers so confident that people will just pay anything for a simple repair that they even dare charge prices like these.I am glad I was sitting down when they quoted me the price.Greed will get these dealers eventually

My experience with performance ford went complete 360. There service department is a complete joke and lacks professionalism and tact. Customer service is non existent and I would never in a lifetime recommend any of my fellow ford owners to be serviced here. Every time my vehicle went in to be serviced something came back broken. From headlight to panels inside my car, my passenger airbag is exposed from the time they fixed my panoramic sunroof last YEAR! I've tried to have that fixed a year now! My car has been having transmission issues, that is yes covered by warranty and let me tell you how many times in the last 2 months I've tried to get my car in. It's very sad to see a crisp center be such a waste. Management does not even give you a call back. So I took manners into my own hands, called ford customer relations, filed a complaint through DOPL, BBB, the RBA and my attorneys recommending I seek out their legal department. Such a ridiculous situation all due to the lack of a department doing their jobs. Guess who finally got a call back today about getting her car fixed. PATHETIC, save yourselves the hassle and time. Don't take your car here.

I bought a Truck a month ago and I was took by surprise week later with sun roof problems Bluetooth and front brakes, I tried to contact the sales department to help in anything that was possible the answer was a big NO and the rude way they said, why didn't you get the ford warranty? I said because I trusted in you when you said the truck was okay, everyone that is reading this, do not buy truck in this place the people there are not reliable and after you paid, nobody care about you. The worst place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

When you have to request a refund on a truck you purchased from a dealership, due to the dealership selling you a vehicle that failed to pass emissions - it might be a good idea to steer clear of this dealership. So what I say to you potential consumer reading this, is save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

I am writing this review because I could not wait until Ford contacts me for a review. These people deserve praise as quickly as possible. I was looking all over the country for a Ford E transit and coming up with nothing, until I came across performance Ford truck Center. Particularly Anthony Montanez. Every dealer I talk to was trying to gouge me for this van. 10-15k extra over MSRP! They only charged me a fair markup fee and they allowed me to pay with my own financing! But wait there's more! They are also delivering the van from Utah to Southern California, and picking up my trade at the same time! The transaction could not have been smoother. Actually smoother than any dealership in my backyard! Highly recommend this dealership.

Everything goes smoothly until you sign the paper work and write the check. All written agreements made for Performance Ford to complete after the purchase have not been completed or followed up on two months later. Typical car dealership

Had a purchase setup after negotiating details and warranty price set for a Ford Explorer, got a Cashiers check from my bank to complete the purchase, bought a plane ticket to fly in to pick up, and at the last second they text me that sorry they sold it to somebody else but we have a different thing why not buy that. Classic bait and switch tactics, not trustworthy, do yourself a favor and do business with any other dealer, because this one is guaranteed to be untrustworthy. Let the $500 I lost getting my cashiers check and plane ticket at least serve a good purpose by warning you to not make my same mistake of considering this dealership. : (

This place is great! Absolutely love it! Everything went smoothly and all the repairs were right the first time. My vehicle was kept clean and they even steam cleaned my engine bay when they were done. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

really amazing service and quality of inventory. They are not pushy or try to get you into something you don't want. They listen and only suggest what you are asking or saying. They know their trucks and have the selection to find what you want with no compromises. They give above fair trade in price and make sure you have everything perfect before you sign. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a truck
