“After a terrible experience at the location in Bountiful yesterday (7/5) we went to the Woods Cross location today (7/6). The manager, Brigham, was awesome. I told him I wanted the new pixel 8 pro and that my current phone was going to go to my son who just lost his, he explained the situation with them not being available for a few more weeks. He told us about an offer they had to trade in a old phone and receive a phone free (plus tax and activation, so about $60 bucks). Problem solved, son has a new phone and I wasn't sold something I would end up regretting. No pressure to buy something I didn't want.
Will be back to this location as soon as the new pixel is available. I'll be looking for Brigham to help me out”
