These guys were amazing! They wrapped all the furniture to protect it, stayed within the expected time and within their estimate, which was competitive. Have already referred friends and neighbors to them.

Wow!! This moving experience was the best one I’ve had yet and I’ve moved a ton! These guys were early.. They were kind and professional and got the job done in record time all while still carefully wrapping my furniture so it was delivered without a scratch! I highly recommend this company. They were prepared and took all the stress out of my moving day. Thank you to the You Move Me Team!!!

These guys are amazing! We previously used two different movers where we had horrible experiences but not with these people. They came in under budget and were very professional. Definitely recommend them!

I have used this company three times now. The first two times were great, and deserve 4-5 stars. This time, they invoiced me for $1000 more than the estimate, and surprised me with extra people.As is this wasn't enough, one of the workers took my wife's purse where she had been working from home (in the living room) and mysteriously it later appeared in our pantry. I'm sorry, that's a personal item you didn't touch, at least without the customer's knowledge. Whoever went through it could have copied our credit card numbers and who knows what else. I'm beyond furious and feeling violated. I will be calling the company to make a record and filling a police report.

They have chosen to not reach out to me directly to help solve the problem.I recently engaged We Move You for the relocation of furniture from my 1500 square foot townhouse. My decision to choose them was influenced by their impressive 5-star rating with over 600 reviews and their thorough approach to providing an accurate quote. Unlike other companies, We Move You conducted a detailed walkthrough of my home via Zoom, capturing images of every item to be moved. This level of precision gave me confidence that there would be no surprises at the end of the process.Initially quoted $1100 for a projected 5-hour job, I appreciated the salesperson's transparency in acknowledging the potential for overestimation. However, as the move approached, I realized I needed to add additional items—a refrigerator, Peloton, and the relocation of a washer and dryer. Upon notifying them, I was assured that these changes could be accommodated within the agreed timeframe, with any additional time billed in 15-minute increments.On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly and were courteous throughout the process. However, what was estimated to be a 5-hour job extended to 8 hours, significantly exceeding the initial estimate by 60%. Despite providing images of all items beforehand, the final bill amounted to just over $1700, with no itemized breakdown provided.Upon reaching out to customer service to address the discrepancy, I was assured a response within 3-5 days. However, it has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any communication from the company. This lack of follow-up leaves me questioning the integrity of their customer service.While We Move You may boast a stellar online reputation, my personal experience fell short of the high expectations set by their reviews. Despite their initial thoroughness, the significant deviation from the estimated timeframe and lack of transparent billing and follow-up has left me dissatisfied with their services.In conclusion, while We Move You may have earned their 5-star reputation from other clients, my experience highlights the importance of managing expectations and delivering on promises made during the initial consultation.
