Worst customer service I've dealt with ever. Showed up at 12:52 gave the pharmacy my prescription. She says "ok, you're good to go" I asked "what about my prescription" "We'll text you when it's ready" "Do you have a timeframe, as I'll be waiting here until it's ready" "We go to lunch at 1:30 so anytime after 2 is when we'll start on it" Figured I'd use the restroom while waiting. The front desk lady says they have to let you in. Long story short I waited 24 minutes, went to the front 3 times and they said someone will let you in. After now waiting 30 minutes BY THE DOOR and having already asked 3 times. No one....

I call to refill my prescription, the automatic phone said one phone call ahead of me. And then after 5 minutes of wait the phone system let me know pharmacy close for meal break, will be back in 30 minutes. Is this true?

I would stay far far away from this place! I transferred my prescriptions here 3 months ago and it's been a living hell to get my medications since. Hour long waits, rude staff especially the little asian girl, who once threw my card at me. They also take 45 minutes to answer your phone calls and there is always some reason I need to call them to fix this or that with my order. I have never seen so many mistakes! Also, very slow to complete refills. I submitted my refill 4 days before it was due and it still wasn't ready on the day I needed to pick it up. I don't sleep well and needed my sleep medication, and they weren't concerned about my needs at all.After that I finally transferred all of my prescriptions to Smiths and their wait time are always under 10 minutes and the customer service is great! Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and stay away from this pharmacy! I'll never go back.

The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They take sooooo long as a drive thru pharmacy. Just moved all my prescriptions to Smith's.

Pharmacy is awesome. Remind me my prescriptions are ready. Even called me. Came in picked up fast. Decided to buy something on my way out. 15 minutes later were all in line waiting for a manager to come up front??? Hello.

This pharmacy is useless. I stayed on hold for over 45 minutes and then they tell me my prescription is ready so I take time off from work to go there and then they tell me they don't know why someone would tell me that because they are out of my meds. This is not the first time this has happened. It is a every month thing and I will be changing stores next month

Exceptional Service from Pharmacist PaulI want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Pharmacist Paul at the Walgreens pharmacy. His patience and helpful demeanor truly stood out. It's puzzling to me why people don't leave positive reviews for this pharmacy when they consistently deliver the best service. Kudos to Pharmacist Paul and the entire team!

The pharmacy manager Paul Allen is the complete and total idiot, he can't keep anything in stock. This guy should be fired and sent somewhere and taught how to order inventory. This guy is a "c" student at a 'D" school.

I went in to get a covered and a flu shot. Got checked in and sat there for 30 minutes. I got called up to the counter by the pharmacist and told they were out of Covid shoots. He told me I would have to go to another Walgreens. I tried to tell him I couldn't drive to a different Walgreens that night. But all he would say is you have to go to another Walgreens tonight. I was on my way to work and couldn't go to another location. I then tried to go to a different location on my lunch but they said my insurance shows I have already received the shoot. So now I can't get my covid shoot.

Horrible customer service. Just today, there were 2 cars ahead of us in line. It took us 45 minutes to get to the window only to be ignored for another 10 minutes.This was after sitting in the same line earlier in the day, only to be told the script I called in two days ago wasn't ready. So an hour plus in the line to get one prescription.I understand that they're a busy store. If you're that busy, you can afford to hire more help.This is not a one-time thing either. It's almost every time.Could I go inside? Yes, but that wait is almost as ridiculous.If thus doesn't change soon, I'll switch and never come back. Everyone else should too.

Waited on hold twice for over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone and before a person answered I got hung up on both times! I will have to go in person just to ask my question.This is very disappointing customer service, especially for a pharmacy!

This is the worst pharmacy in the valley. Put you on hold for upwards of an hour and refuse to transfer scripts to other locations that have the meds
