The lady at the pharmacy was rude and had attitude the minute she started talking to me. She was very short and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. If she’s having a bad day that’s fine but don’t take it out on the customers. If I caught her name I would put it on the review too. I can see why this Walgreens is rated so low!

The lines for drive are always crazy. Yesterday 7 cars were ahead of me and I had to leave because if how incredibly long it was taking. Today 5 min sitting in drive ringing the bell waiting for someone to come. I could see there was no one in line inside. When she came to the window you could tell her mood was off. She was very short with her communication and you could tell was irritated. I feel bad for the employees. They always seem so understaffed and constant change in staff. This location needs help.

Drive up window is a joke. Doesn’t matter the time or date, it takes a solid 45-60 minutes to get medication through the drive through.

After two days and my prescription stating that it was still in progress, I called. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, the line picked up, I heard talking, and then I placed on hold again. After more time, they picked up the phone and hung up. 27 minutes total. I tried back, and the same thing happened, but in 8 minutes.
On a continuous basis, prescriptions say they're in progress until I call, and magically, they'll be ready shortly. I multitasking during the last call to request to transfer prescription away from them after having filled them here for over 20 years.

Stay far away from this place. The pharmacy staff is completely rude. I dropped off 3 prescriptions and the pharmacy tech said it’d be about 20 mins. I did some shopping and returned to pick up my scripts 35 mins later. There was only one prescription ready and when I asked about the others the girl told me “they’re not covered by insurance” and was under the assumption I didn’t want them so they didn’t bother to fill them. I then asked if she could transfer the scripts to another store she refused and told me I could go to another store or call them myself.
The next morning I called and had the prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. When I went to pick them up the tech at the prior pharmacy put them in a status showing they have already been filled and picked up. The pharmacist learned what happened and I had my medications in hand within 20 mins. This store is a complete joke and the customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrible.

Unbelievably slow window service. Between 4 cars in front of me and the time I have been at the window has been over an hour. The tech doesn’t seem to know how to operate the system or link my son’s profile to my profile for insurance. She’s had my insurance cards now for 10 minutes and I am still waiting to pay. I have a sick baby in the car and I just need the antibiotics so we can go home and feel better.
I don’t know if they are super understaffed or what but this is not an acceptable wait time. The tech never did figure out the insurance. I’m lucky enough to be able to pay full price so I can just get out of here.
She did manage to apply a coupon she’s trying her best but do better Walgreen’s.

Very slow Everytime. Since moving to this Walgreens we've had problems. Never get notified of issues Mobile app appears to not update correctly.
Very slow and busy all the time. Plan for at least 30-60 minutes or longer to pick up your Rx.
They'll tell you it's ready then it won't be then they'll tell you another thing and so on.
I've begun moving all our family's rx away because of all the problems at this location.

Longest wait times ever at any Walgreens let alone pharmacy... be prepared to wait. Last time I timed it at 42 minutes in the drivethru...
Today it's 32 minutes and there's still 3 cars to go.
Some of us have life threatening meds that need to be filled. I would give a zero star rating if I could. This is insane and overall RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Disgustingly slow in the drive thru. Every car infront of me taking atleast 30 minutes to be taken care of. Got here at 4:38 and have been here still currently until 5:04 and only two cars have moved. Insane! Get your company in order please. Editted:Have been here for an hour and 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous.

I ordered pictures for my passport in the photo department.
The pictures I got were awful.
They were done unprofessionally.
Maybe better training would help employees!

Worst customer service I've dealt with ever. Showed up at 12:52 gave the pharmacy my prescription. She says "ok, you're good to go" I asked "what about my prescription" "We'll text you when it's ready" "Do you have a timeframe, as I'll be waiting here until it's ready" "We go to lunch at 1:30 so anytime after 2 is when we'll start on it" Figured I'd use the restroom while waiting. The front desk lady says they have to let you in. Long story short I waited 24 minutes, went to the front 3 times and they said someone will let you in. After now waiting 30 minutes BY THE DOOR and having already asked 3 times. No one....

Pharmacy is awesome. Remind me my prescriptions are ready. Even called me. Came in picked up fast. Decided to buy something on my way out. 15 minutes later were all in line waiting for a manager to come up front??? Hello.

I call to refill my prescription, the automatic phone said one phone call ahead of me. And then after 5 minutes of wait the phone system let me know pharmacy close for meal break, will be back in 30 minutes. Is this true?
