Jaden took very good care of us as we were wanting a new family account. He explained everything very well, showed us what the pricing looked like, and was very courteous and kind through our entire visit. Excellent team at the WVC location.

Jaden is pure gold! Went in to the store because one of our phones stopped working. As Jaden pulled up our acct he asked about which phone it was, and asked about a certain phone number.... That was not one of our numbers. He quickly realized that someone in the central states had purchased 4 iPhone pro max phones on our account, with activation and extras, he saved us comfortably $$6500.00. He was able to fix things and got us in touch with the fraud department. So grateful he was paying attention!

Went in to buy a new phone, very bad experience! Went in to buy a new phone, told one price then I was told another higher price because I was told I didn’t have insurance on my phones, then I was told in order to get the insurance on my phone I would have to sign up that day. After I left the store I called customer service and they told me I do have Insurance on my phone so they adjusted my monthly bill. I did let Jaden customer specialist know I do have insurance , he just kept telling me no I don’t and if I want to get with the manager, we could have her view the plan. Jaden then went and got my paperwork and it was very obvious he talked to the manager about the situation because the lady manager said oh you know I want to yell. Very unprofessional customer service at this location!

I have been with Verizon for a very long time and not once have I experienced horrible customer service like I have at this location. Not once but twice! First time I came in I wanted to upgrade my phone and the lady that works there did not want to honor their promotional deal so I left. I went in today for something else and Jaden the “Verizon specialist” was so ignorant and just lacked professionalism and had bad customer service. Do not recommend this location. Their employees are not it. Go somewhere else. I would give this place -5 stars if I could.

Went around Black Friday. Sat in the store for about 15 minuets patiently waiting for an employee to help me. Wasn't given an opportunity to speak to them. I left, went to T-Mobile across the street. Waited even longer, but shortly after I arrived, I was greeted and put on the list( first come first serve) knowing when it was my turn, I would be helped.

I love this location!They were busy, however, everyone was friendly and acknowledged me when I had walked in.They did a quick inquiry and advised me it would be a few minutes before they could assist me.In addition, when they assisted me, they were very knowledgeable and efficient.It reassured me that I've made the right decision by changing my service over to them from T-Mobile.Thank you all for your great service! ???

I was profiled by Carrie before I checked in, she didn’t want to check me in she serviced everyone who came in after me waited till closing time and asked me to come back. Then she serviced another gentleman who checked in after me once I left the store. I been a long time Verizon customer but after this experience I’m leaving.
