The Advisor Víctor Cenko sold us the 2015 Nissan Roge truck with DECEITS and LIES. Before buying it, it had a transmission failure. He falsely promised us that he would fix it and that we would do the business. We naively trusted his word. Today we have problems. We have been left devastated. He has only given us excuses. We are paying a very high debt of more than 16 thousand dollars, with 10% interest for this very bad experience. We are very sorry. We have gone personally and called and there is no response. We have lost days of work and money. Be careful and above all with that advisor or recommendation. Additionally, they did not give us the mandatory van kit. The worst is that Diller.

My car broke down 3 days after buying it from them. To fix it cost more then it's worth. If you buy from here make sure you have a mechanic look at it first!

Edit for vectra: you called my 80 year old grandmother a liar and disrespected her for over an hour. I then asked you to stop and you continues so i treated you equally as bad. Funny how you twist stories for your own benefit. And i never talked to your “staff” just YOU, so another lie. And dont worry, you can lie about the condition of the truck all you want, as you did with many other customers. This will all be resolved very, VERY soon :) and a mechanic who had 30 years of experience at nissan? ? you cant lie to me about what i had there. I was the one there. But it’s ok. Everyone knows the type of person you are.
Do not EVER buy from this lot. They advertised a truck as excellent condition. Test drove and bought it, no issues. Let’s point out that as they were moving the cars in their lot to let the truck out (was like that old game of rush hour we played as kids) they hit 2 of their own cars and just laughed it off and admitted they don’t know how to drive a manual trans so that’s why they hit the cars and it’s no big deal. Um, ok…. Weird thing to walk off and act like it’s no big deal when I’m standing there trying to buy one of their cars. They said if anything pops up, to bring it in and they will fix it. So I signed the paper. Pulled it off the lot and before I even got home, the check engine light came on, airbag light, back windows didn’t work, horn stopped working, cruise control went out, heater stopped, and right mirror wouldn’t adjust. It was very clear they cleared the light, then had an emission check so it would pass. So we went back and they backed out of fixing the horribly scratched tint, the destroyed shocks, the mirror covers (which these are cosmetic so whatever but they still backed out on their word.) and wouldn’t fix ANY of the issues that popped up that they promised. These people are scummy, over priced and completely disrespectful. My 80 year old grandmother was with me and my son and they talked to her SO rudely, inconsiderate and straight up called her a liar about things they promised.
Trust me and NEVER step foot on this lot. They will screw you over so fast it will make your head spin.
I’m doing whatever I can to get the news to this place and save everybody being screwed like I was.
I know I should have not bought the truck, but they should have been honest. The first truck I looked at had 75000 more miles than advertised online and was so unsafe I pulled it over and wouldn’t drive it anymore.
Please save yourself.

I specifically requested an American Flag/"In God We Trust" Utah license plate with a desire to be patriotic and to show my faith in God. Victor, the salesman that I worked with, disregarded my request and put down the Delicate Arch license plate. For this and other demoralizing actions, I give them a one-star rating. This is the type of operation they are running here. Buyer, beware.
