I usually always pick my mails up at my home mailbox everyday once i get off from work. Today at 07/31/2024 1359pm. I got off my car and tried to pick up my mails only to be stop by a usps driver telling me I can come back another time to get my mails not sure who was on route that day but I'm usually able to get my mails when they're doing deliveries. Mind you it was a women that was delivering my mails that day she was really rude she got off her usps car and was like "NO!! come back when im done delivering". I replied "oh really! I'm usually able to pick my mails up at the unit mailbox even with someone delivering mails." She insisted on having me come back another time when she's all done! Horrible driver. BTW I'm not the type of person who would always reply back with a sassy comment but she made me mad and the way she spoke to me was not necessary. She was rude from the start and I'm not mad about not getting my mails. I just think the way she spoke to me could of been alot more nicer and possibly could of been a better situation.

I wish I had remembered the name of the person who helped me, but unfortunately I don't. So regardless, I thought I'd leave a good review for this location. I thought she went above and beyond her job to help me out. She was doing the same thing all day and didn't have to treat me differently or uniquely but she did and I was very impressed by this. The info she provided really helped me out as well. Thank you to who you were. If I find out a name, I will edit and include it in this review. Thanks!

That “little” girl JENNY who I picked up the mail from at the counter had a terrible attitude for no reason. She was quick to say “I don’t even know if these are still here” with an awful look on her face before even checking, terrible service! Luckily I had called and spoken to a young man on the phone to confirm before heading there and had confirmed the tracking numbers before that. This child needs training on customer service because that was not an adult I spoke to with her level of IQ! The one star is for the lady at the door who let me in at 5:58pm when they close at 6:00pm, and I did receive both mail I went to pick up. I appreciate that!

I had a confusion with my packages and the clerk was rude about the explanation instead of kindly telling me they couldn't accept my packages.

Never, ever, ever have I had a problem with USPS delivering mail I have dropped off. From my mailbox, or dropped at an outside USPS mailbox, or inside the office mail drop of any USPS......EVER... this office cost me $226 in penalties/fees from the State of Utah Tax Commission... I have never had to send my annual tax payment via certified mail... Unfortunately for me, I have no proof, no recourse... just a flipping bill for not paying on time.... never, ever have I not paid my taxes on time... purely incompetent people working here.... I hope no one else has to experience this.... throughly pissed customer.... and to make matters worse, I have always championed the ridiculous odds of the mail... no more... I now agree with my son that it's antiquated, inefficient, unsafe and I hope you incompetent employees lose your job.

The WORST!! I am in the 84120 zip and my sister is in the same zip 10 blocks away. We were expecting legal documents. There were 160 packets mailed out March 22 and we are the only ones in this zip and have not received ours. All of the other 158 received the packets on March 30.
We are constantly getting other neighbors mail in ours and I actually chased her down and told her THIS is why I have concerns about getting my mail. Today there was not a mail carrier anywhere over here delivering at all. Not one within a 3 mile radius not a truck no carrier nothing. Do they not work Saturdays at all? It's April 6th and no mail yet. All I get are ads.

Terrible experience. I paid money and was promised that item will be delivered on April 5th, 2024. Today April 8th and package is still sitting according to tracking in West Valley office. You guys a government agency, and you simply don't care about my time and money. This is not the first time I have this happened, I just finally decided to write a review. I know you will be in business, and this is why people not doing their job. If a manager reading this I want my package delivered and I want my money back for shipping. All government agencies suck!

Constantly having problems getting my packages delivered. It usually will get taken back to the post office bcuz the mail man is too lazy to even attempt to get out of his truck! A little exercise not gonna hurt Big Back wide body having self. I literally watch him from the window try nd put it in the mailbox when he seen it OBVIOUSLY wouldn't fit attempted to pull off I came outside like excuse me yu have a package for here?! What is the policy on this bcuz I've reported it SEVERAL times and nothing has been or will be done. But that man needs to be dealt with.

Recently I ordered prescription glasses, I got the notification that they had delivered my glasses while I was outside on a walk. I literally checked my mailbox within 5 minutes of getting that update only to see it completely empty.They fail to deliver my packages constantly. When called about it they passive aggressively say that my mailbox was full and they had to leave a note saying they can’t deliver it until it’s cleared. My mailbox is checked daily and is always empty. To this day I’ve never seen this note they supposedly keep leaving.I’d honestly just recommend getting your mail delivered to a friend or family member in a different city. That’s what I’ve started doing and has worked infinitely better. Don’t trust them with your packages.

Every year, at the beginning of the year my mail gets delivered to someone else and I get someone else's mail, every year for the past 4 years we have had that issue, I am expecting important mail and now I am not going to get it. They don't care, seriously nowadays few people take their job seriously. Is either that or they do it on purpose.

Very busy, line out the door, but I went at 5pm so my fault. Waited in line about 15 minutes to buy 2 stamps because the self service machine was out of order. Clerk was polite and they all seemed to be working efficiently.I did like that they had a clerk (who wasn't at a register) focusing on people picking up packages only. Clerks were patient and took their time explaining things to confused customers.I did not like the stack of box drop offs that just had to be left on the counter for anybody to access.Overall a decent experience.

I have to go through many ai questions just to ask one question! Also the ai questions should asked for any other questions outside of stuff relating to the Postal Service
