First I went in for a quick loan like a month ago but unfortunately, the underwriter approved me for only $350 and I told him no cancel it and I don’t want that amount because I was looking for more money title loan. I left and second time coming back I meet Rigo and this guy was super nice and amazing very polite and helpful man. He sent a message to underwriter to let them know that I came back for a loan that they haven’t approved me for a month ago. They have responded back with an approval of $850 which was super easy and quick. I didn’t expect that’ll happen and I’m so excited to recommend Rigo for five stars just he was super helpful guy. The management should give him arise and promotion. Very clean working environment and their office is very nice.

For as many years as my husband and I have been coming here for a title loan You would think the customer service would be a lot better. Liz the general manager was highly unprofessional. because she did not train her employee correctly who gave out wrong information to the customer she took it upon herself to treat the customer poorly. And instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake an "oh well" was given acknowledging the issue but no responsibility was taken.No apology was given and she continued to acknowledge she incorrectly trained her employee seeing as how she's the general manager and she trains them as she kept telling me. But refused to give an apology. Went ahead and just contacted the district manager and still haven't gotten an update from them. But the complaint was filed anyways.Do not blame the customer for a mistake your employee made that at the time was understandable until you the general manager let your ego get to you and that title get to your head. Next time accept responsibility for your mistake and treat the customer with a little bit more respect. Policies and procedures are put in place for everybody to follow not when you the manager feels like it. Highly unprofessional customer service. Especially for a very very well in great standing customer who's been doing business with your company for years. I don't think we'll be returning.
