“My entire family goes here. I've always had a great experience at this West Valley City location. Today, I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Keys were lost, but the manager Shane was able to get me another key fob and comped me the oil change. We are all human. Errors can be made, but it's when a company can admit the error and correct it, that they really earn your respect. Thank you Shane and everyone that worked on trying to find our keys. We will continue driving an hour and fifteen minutes to do business at this location. Highly recommend!! Fantastic customer service.
Update- 08/29/24
I have called a few times, but today, I requested a callback from Shane as i am getting impatient. I still have not received my key fob. If the message I gave Leah who answered the phone was passed along to Shane, then it confirms he doesn't really care and i'm just a nuisance that he thought was just going to not follow up and get my key fob. I also believe Leah is the one I gave my keys to when they were lost, so there is a possibility he didn't get the message. I'm going to try and call tomorrow. I hope this issue will be resolved by someone with Les Schwab and soon.”

We've visited other oil change centers around the area, and they offer the best price for a full synthetic oil change. Way cheaper than that Lube location down the street.
They offer tire repairs, rotations and you can pick up a set of 4 while you get that oil changed. We've had nothing but great experiences here. You'll see us there each time we need an oil change, you should consider this location the next time you need an oil change too. Enjoy”

“My husband and I were on our way back to Nebraska and stopped in Salt Lake City for the night. We ended up with a nail in one of our tires which we had purchased from Costco last November. We showed up when they opened at 10 on a Sunday and were told they were totally booked for the day but would do their best to get us in. We did have to wait about 3 hours, but they got it patched and we were back on the road. We were very pleased with the service we received!!”
