Worst customer experience and communication with this guy. He told me he’d change my screen one more time since it was draining my battery and he blocked me and stopped responding to my messages. A liar and so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend him ever it’s better to pay 40-60$ more and go somewhere with better work ethic.

Was very quick and reasonably priced services. My crack phone screen was fixed same day. My only complaint is that the friendly and informal interactions feel odd to first time customers.

Very bad service my daughter that is sixteen brought her phone to get repaired and it wasn't even that bad of a break but being a sixteen year old they GOT to have everything looking good well she got it back and face recognition don't work then a couple days later she couldn't even get in to her phone cause the touch screen doesn't work know and they won't backup there 90 day warranty they ain't even recognized by the by the BBB AND

we sent my phone my iPhone 12 to fix there and the first the guy that was helping me he said it was the battery and so we were like how much for the battery he said $80 and we were like OK change the battery and then we paid him and then he changed the battery And in the google Maps website they say they fix the phone in one day that was lies he took one week to change a battery and then he called us saying that it wasn’t the battery it was the screen and we paid extra, the screen was $150. He changed it and he took like another week to fix it and the phone worked and then we took it home and then the next day the phone just shut right right off and Yeah we had to send it back to fixing like two times again and the guy still wouldn’t solve our problems and then one day he fixed it so we took it back home again, and it turned off and we send it there and he said he tried everything to turn it back on, but it didn’t turn on, and they have a 90 day Guarantee return so we wanted to get our money back and he said that he’s not gonna give us the money back he will not give us $150 back and so we tried everything and he didn’t give us the money back, and so we felt ripped off because we were ripped off because he said he had a 90 day guarantee return in case something goes wrong or anything and it wasn’t the truth and he didn’t give us our money back. He only gave us $75 back out of the 150 and so it was a ripoff, do not go there to repair your phone, it’s a rip off and they steal from you And they said they’ll give me $75 back but they get to keep my iPhone 12 so they forced us to buy a new phone which is really really bad and we felt very ripped off. Do not go there.

They supposedly gave me a 3-month warranty on the screen of my phone when I bought it, if it was damaged or broken they would supposedly replace it, I returned to the place today and what Mr. Alex had told me in regards to it turned out to be a lie. the guarantee. Afterwards, I did not respect the prices of the screen to change it again, arguing that the prices increased. My phone is slower and has shorter battery life after I take it there. I do not recommend this place at all, they are not professional in the least or ethical. You're just going to waste your money here.

My Girlfriends iPhone started having issue with charging.
