I have been very pleased with Parthenon’s customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong wafer for an Ostomy bag ad they caught the mistake, called me, and corrected the problem right away.

So disappointed. 6 days post surgery and it looked like Parthenon would be a good place to purchase supplies while recuperating from a colostomy in Salt Lake. Went to the store and found that they would not allow people into the store due to Covid. No mention of the physical location being closed online. No help unless you could call in your order. ?

Terrific follow-up on my inquiry. I'm new to ostomy supplies and had placed an order around Memorial Day; however, a week later had not yet received a shipping confirmation.

First rate customer service. I recently caught a typo after I placed an online order resulting in the wrong product. I called the next day and was able to have it fixed - no problem.

Called to place a first time order and the rep was less than helpful. One of their magazine ads advises Superior Customer Service for Over 50 Years. If my experience was an example of what they believe good customer service is - they are sadly mistaken and also delusional.

I have bought my ostomy supplies from Parthenon for years and have never had a problem. I sort of miss the old days when you had to call in and talk to a real person to place an order but love the convenience of their on-line system. Their prices are always the lowest. I love their Devrom tablets. I couldn't even stand myself without it.

Terrible Experience: It took 28 days to arrive. The belt I ordered is of the LOWEST quality and it doesn't add the necessary support. There's also a 15% "restocking fee" on returns. I noticed that they haven't published my comment about the belt on the website! This obviously means that they don't publish negative reviews! This means that the comments are biased and don't represent all customers' opinions! Absoutely TERRIBLE experience ... NEVER AGAIN!

My wife and I were treated exceptionally well by Jason, a staff member in the store. Jason went above and beyond. This is how PRTHENON not only recieves customer sastisfaction but more importantly customerloyalty.
