Feeling hopeless from an injury that prevented me from walking, the Knee Scooter Store gave me hope. There customer service is outstanding! I called ahead and by the time I arrived to the store, and they knew exactly who I was. They had arranged for me to test multiple scooters and educated me on the features and benefits of each one. If you're needing a scooter to improve your mobility, I am sorry, but know that there are companies like the scooter store who are there to help you every step of the way.

The Knee Scooter Store was awesome to work with to find a scooter solution that worked with my medical boot after I broke my foot and ankle. Quick service during pick-up and drop-off. I appreciate a service like this is available locally because who wants to buy a scooter if you only need it temporarily?

These guys were awesome to deal with!The equipment is clean and in great shape. They have scooters for all sizes. It was easier for me to come here than to rent at a medical supply.

Knee scooter saved my summer. I have used my scooter for 4 months. The staff is amazing, great customer service and even called to see how I was doing. Worked with me on needed it longer than planned. Definitely will recommend to anyone needing help to walk.

Awesome experience. The people were wonderful. They had exactly what I needed, when I needed it and we're so pleasant and friendly. It's hard to find a pediatric knee scooter to begin with, but for such a good price, and with nice, friendly people to boot? It sounds impossible, but isn't. Seriously. Come here for your knee scooter needs. I live in Provo and it was absolutely worth the drive for me. Thank you, knee scooter store!!!!

I broke my ankle two months ago and rented one of the knee scooters. I have had no problems with it and it has been such a life saver. This store is amazing and their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Would recommend to anyone in need. They have been so helpful and so accommodating to me in a rather difficult time. If I could give ten stars I would!

Working with the people at the Knee Scooter Store was an absolute pleasure. They are knowledgeable about the products and help find discounts for you. I used the knee scooter for three months and even blew out the back tire, they were so kind and understanding when I returned it. They even were genuinely concerned about my recovery. This is the place to go if you find yourself in need of medical necessity knee scooters!!

Had a great experience renting a knee scooter, tried multiple models till we found the best fit and size. Had to extend my rental for a week, the knee scooter store was so nice. Fantastic to work with! It was a life saver for my ankle surgery. After a month with it, this partial weight bearing crutches routine is no fun. Desperately missing the basket in front that used to carry everything for me!
