The service at this location has become lazy. The app asks where I want my items placed, and those instructions are consistently ignored. I don’t want groceries handed through my driver window while I’m driving. I’ve had to tell staff directly to follow the instructions, and they still don’t. They’ve even left my trunk open, forcing me to get out and close it myself. Do better.

Consistently better stocked and cleaner Target than the SLC 300 W location. Unfortunately I spent 15+ minutes trying to find an employee to help me. Nobody responded to my requests from the little help kiosks after several attempts and nobody seemed to be nearby the section I was in at all. However, once I went to the other side of the store and found someone, the employees were wonderful. I specifically want to recognize Isabel and especially Roger who went above and beyond to help me with some large items! Kudos to them :)

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!!!!!!! Went to buy my favorite yogurt chobani flips and every one of them on the shelf was outdated so I checked other flavors to see if it was just those one’s and multiple flavors were 10-15 days past the expiration date if not longe please check expiration dates when purchasing food items from target at least this location o did take them up to customer service made them aware of of it and that there were more on the shelf not just those ones other flavors were also. past expiration date

Jiselle at menswear was very helpful and kind to help find a pair of jeans that another customer had put on the wrong shelf. I appreciate her kindness and service even though I was asking 5 minutes before closing.

My wife has trouble walking and standing so she uses a scooter. On this day there were three scooters. and not one of them would go. This is what we have experienced int the past and even spoke to a manager who had an excuse for one of three on another visit.

Awful experience. What I wanted wasn't under the label where it obviously should be. It took forever just to find an employee to ask and, when I did, not only did he not know, he wasn't willing to call anyone else to see if they know. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Something just feels off. But if you want a quiet shopping experience this is the place. Make sure you check the back end caps for clearance and the grocery section for clearance as well. I got 7 pounds of chicken breast for like $14 in this economy that’s a deal. Treat Target like dollar general and only buy the clearance stuff.

Every shelf is disorganized, low on stock or both. There are boxes of inventory all over the place, yet the employees are standing around like there’s nothing to do. I think of Target like a high end Walmart, but I doubt Walmart would ever let one of their stores look like this.

Team Lead Jose needs to be Recognized for his Great Customer Service! He has helped me a couple Different times when I have shopped there. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable at his Job. I Appreciate the Great Customer Service! I hope Employees like him get recognized for their Great Attitude a being Friendly, Its Rare these days ! Thank You!

Jennifer, who works in the Style Department, absolutely made our day!
On Fri. June 7th, we drove a long distance to find a pair of sandals, that based on the Target app, we're still in stock. We could not find them anywhere. Jennifer went out of her way, searched everywhere including in the back, and found the sandals my wife needed. We are so grateful for employees like Jennifer who go above and beyond to make our experience a positive one! That girl deserves a raise!
