I've been coming to this speedway for a couple weeks and the cashier's have been normal treat me like any other customer. But tonight 8/25/24 9:22 pm. I walk into the store and the lady I've never seen is having a conversation with another woman so I waiting in queue than after 5 minutes she says to me, "Yeah! " As if I interrupted her important conversation on company time. I kindly asked her to use the restroom she say "No!". I refuse to give cashier's like her my business. I mean the white lady she was talking too the whole time got to use the restroom. So if you're colored please think twice before stopping at speedway in west valley city utah. 4100 south and 4000 wesr

This place says open 24 hours but they hardly ever opened 24 hrs but all the other locations are opened 24 hours this place just had lazy workers that don't want to work their hours

If there’s only one employee working and you receive an online order that employee should help the customers standing right in front of them. Literally stood in line for 20 minutes with 10 other people while the employee filled an online order and ignored everyone waiting in line cause online orders take priority. Ridiculous.

The service wss easily 5 stars the reson I rate this place 1 star is because there policy doesn't allow them to accept tips I implore for them to update their policies so that way their employees can accept tips.

This store is hardly 24 hours and they close sooner than the modified time. They close 20 minutes before closing time

This store are theifs straight up. They attempted to ring me up. It's at there machine errored out.Knowing I had sufficient funds as I checked my card. They charged me and i showed it to the cashier. Still, he still refused to give me the products or the gas that I paid for.Attempting to contact their corporate. They stated that they can't help me for another day or 2. This place is a joke. They will steal from you and rob you. There's a reason there's so many one star reviews.I called my bank and they did an immediate charge back and said they have had issues with this store before.

Horrible employees they are rude and refuses to sell if they don't like your skin color ABSOLUTELY RACIEST and it’s disgusting will never come back here or any other speedway !!!!!

Don't go here. If you can make it a mile or so somewhere else, go there. Terrible service and I'm sure the employees are picked off the street with no education. It smells like an old, dirty, cheap, second hand thought of a gas station. Dear Company, Replace your people with machines please and save yourself the 2 bucks an hour.

Used to be the best because of how convenient they were. They won’t take my passport or paper license I got today for renewing my license to buy cigarettes.. both documents are valid af.. sucks I have to go elsewhere everyday because speedway used to be a daily stop for gas and pick me ups too

These fnckers not only think they need to id a 50 year old man for a nicotine sale, but also insist that the only way to prove that you are not younger than 21 is too present a drivers license only and have it scanned. I’ll never stop here again. Steer clear unless you’re down with big brother

If you’re trying to buy cigarettes or beer, and you look young at all, go somewhere else. I used to come here all the time and never had any issues but today I was denied service due to my ID saying I was under 21 TWO YEARS AGO. I am now 22, as my ID reflects, and I have never had ANY business turn me down over the last 2 years due to it saying I was under 21 at a certain time (I was 20 when the ID was issued)He didn’t try to scan my ID or anything and claimed it was “company policy” even though I bought a case of beer from here a few weeks ago with no issue.If that’s on your ID or you look under 40 I suggest going elsewhere.

I went with $7 change and a couple on card, Cameron the clerk there told me he couldn't take change, said he was $5 over on what he should have!?! First off, I was only there for smokes but IF I was almost out of gas...seriously get turned away because he won't take change? I've never heard of such bs, I think his attitude was bad to begin with and I can't help but wonder, is it really because he's too lazy nd doesn't want to put effort into counting at the end of shift? Or is this policy? Either way, a customer should never be turned away for paying in change, inconvenient AF
