Please start reading your deli reviews/feedback. You slice your meats way too thick. Having worked in a deli for years, I can say either this comes from laziness so slicing takes less time, or you don't read your feedback. Nobody wants a meat steak on their sandwich, and I doubt you do either

First time in this store. It was clean and well organized. The grapes I got did not stay fresh long. And I could find zingers. I don't think they carry them.

To Whom It May Concern at Smith's,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current practices at your store, particularly regarding the treatment of customers by the closing staff at the self-checkout in response to recent thefts. I have personally witnessed cashiers making customers, including myself, feel incredibly uncomfortable and scrutinized during the checkout process. This is unacceptable.
I understand that theft is a serious issue, but the current approach is alienating loyal customers. I have been a long-time shopper at Smith's, but the current atmosphere is so unpleasant that I will no longer be shopping there. I will be taking my business to Walmart, where I can utilize their convenient home delivery service.
I urge you to reconsider your current practices and find a more respectful way to address the issue of theft. Your customers should not be made to feel like criminals.

Honestly, I go to this Smith's almost every single day. They have the best meat, the best seafood, and they always have the best things on clearance! I'm a sucker for deals. They also have the best and most friendly staff. I've gotten to know them and can consider them more than aquantences. They actually care about their customers and are always willing to help with anything!

Prices never match up when scanned with listed sales prices, even when I enter my value card. If everything is on an automated computer system why don’t items match the prices they’re listed to be sold at?

Smiths is garbage. Especially this Smith’s I order a cake every year and I’m told you need 24 hours to order a cake. I called today to a rude woman on the other end who did not speak very well. I told her I needed a cake and she told me I need 48 hours to even make a cake but let me check. She got back on the phone to tell me got too many orders called different store in a very rude tone

Great store, unfriendly staff. First time coming to this store and the short, white haired, blue eyed with eye glasses old lady was not nice.

Every time I go they are restocking mid morning or mid afternoon. One time I couldn’t get ice cream because they had a giant cart blocking it. On a Tuesday late morning they were out of eggs. Employees stand around the big carts talking and blocking the isles.
The pharmacy is under staffed. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes they didn’t even have my prescription filled.
Been going here for a while and it was never great but it’s getting worse. I started shopping at another smiths nearby and I’m having a great experience.

You'll love it just like me. Everything I buy is here. My prescriptions come here. The people are great and the checkout line moves fast. I really do like to come here.
