I want to give a shout out to the two ladies that helped me last night in the bakery. They went out of their way to get some cupcakes ready for me today. It wasn't even a special occasion. I just wanted them for me and my daughter. They were decorated so cute for Halloween! They were helpful, kind and friendly. PLUS, the cupcakes are awesome!! Thank you again!

I purchased some cereal from this store and when I got home I realized that it’s 18 months expired. I had grabbed the box from the front of the shelf and the shelf was also fully stocked of this specific brand. Seems to me that this was intentional and they want to profit from selling items past their shelf life in hopes that customers won’t notice. Who knows know many other items they are doing this with. Absolutely unethical and just gross.

I had a good experience in the store but the cashier worker Tiffany she was very rude she gave me a really mean face I ask her questions about the product she just ignored me and she even ignored her co worker I really hope I don’t have to change store.?

In my opinion, your hours say noon to 9pm, you should offer your services during said time. I got to the store at 8 50 and the closed sign was in the window and the lady standing there was very cold and rude when I asked the hours of service. Am I wrong for feeling put off?

Very friendly employees. One person gave me specific instructions on where to find the birthday section instead of pointing and saying over there. There was alot of people stocking products, everyone was polite and gave me room to get by. My best experience was as I was unloading the cart. I was not looking forward to lifting up the sodas that Smiths had such a great deal on buy 2 get 3 free. The bagger took care of my soda boxes with a smile and I didn't have to ask for assistance. Great shopping experience today.

First I have to say I have been shopping at this store since the 1980's when the deli was on the otherside of the store about 6 or more remodels or more ago. This location has gone downhill pretty bad over the last year or so. The store is falling apart. They have had problems when putting stuff back on the shelves. Not paying attention to where things belong. I got a frozen meal for a Grandchild and it looked as if it sat in a cart on its side for days before it was put back in the freezer and sold. It was so gross and moldy. They do not seem to practice FIFO, First In First Out, which is proper rotation on more than half the shelves. They say they have what you need but can't find a good quarter of it at all. What they have in real life and what they have in thier system really do not match.
And do not get me started on the online order pickup. This store is one of the worst for online order pickup. They substitute items without telling you till you are there. They will give you bad and rotten or un ripened produce. They will say you have something you ordered only to find it missing when you get home. They sometimes give you things you never even ordered, not sure if it is a wrong substitution, mistake or intentional but not good any way.
Good for quick shopping trips. Most employees are nice, but there are a few that are a bit curt or can't seem to be bothered. All of the cashiers are nice, very few are still the same as even 5 years ago. Which is a bit disappointing. This store does seems to have a high employee turnover rate. Always so many new faces.

Produce doesn't last more than a few days. I've waisted so much money on fruits and vegetables that go bad before they can be eaten. I can't plan more than 2 days ahead because if I do, the produce will have gone bad by day 3. I've had fruit go moldy the day after buying it on multiple occasions. Even the lettuce goes bad in 3-5 days. I've pretty much stopped buying anything "fresh" from the store because it's all about to turn.
A weeks worth of food for one person for $200 and I'm only eating once a day. I can't afford to live anymore, and thanks to the low quality of the produce, I'm not getting proper nutrition at all.
