It's a lot better the walgreens for sure some times the wait time is a little long and a little slow for refills but overall nice staff and shorter wait time then walgreens

i've gone to this pharmacy for YEARS and lately for the past year it has gone so far downhill. every pharmacist is rude. they never answer their phone. it seriously takes me 30 minutes just to get up the courage to go pick up my meds. i was diagnosed with pink eye and was told i need to start on my drops as soon as possible, i call and ask if there is any way i could them today and before i can even finish my sentence she goes "nope."
i'm finally to the point where im going to switch pharmacy's. this sucks because this smiths is genuinely awesome. everyone is so kind and i live right next to it. but i'd rather go out of my way to another pharmacy than keep dealing with the people here. if you hate your job so much that you're willing to make everyone's day as horrible as yours, maybe get a new job. coming from a fellow healthcare worker.

They don't know how to answer a phone I called to get my husbands prescriptions filled the lady answer the phone sat the phone on the counter and said I can help the next person in line and didnt even bother with the customer on the phone. I hung up and called back and it just rang and rang. They never ever have his prescription on time.

I just have to say, be kind and understanding and you will receive the same in return. This pharmacy is clearly very busy and they’re doing the best they can. I had a great experience, be patient and kind and things work out. Put yourself in the context of their reality. Thank you to the techs and pharmacists who helped solve my problem. I’m truly grateful.

Suddenly charging me triple what i normally pay. The claim was "prices have increased". Pretty sure the tech Alex is incompetant! Pick another pharmacy, pay less!

Lisa the lead technician more like the lead with no compassion has zero customer service, was in line at 7:57pm only two people were in front of me (and they were getting attended) after working all day and quickly stopped by to pick up my medication, she said she wouldn’t be able to help me anymore because they close at 8pm. I told her I had been at work all day and she carried on with no compassion. I understand if I would’ve gotten there at 8pm but I Felt very discriminated, I also work with people all day and can tell you I have never treated someone as badly as she did.

I have chronic insomnia, anxiety and depression. That's why I see my doctor several times a year to make sure that I'm doing good and am getting the meds that I need to get a good night's rest and to keep the anxiety and depression at bay. Well yesterday the Women pharmacist refused to fill one of my medications and proceeded to call my doctor and tell him why I didn't need it. She is a pharmacist not a doctor! I have been under the care of the same doctor for 26 years and he knows what I need. One day later I am without one of my needed sleep medications. Now my sleep will be interupted and the withdrawls will make my life a living hell for the next couple of weeks. When I went in to pick up the other medications that same pharmacist had the nerve to talk to me about how the doctor canceled one of my sleeping meds thanks to her. I told her congratulations, that i had been on that drug combo for years and thanked her for messing with my meds and how it would affect my daily job and how I wouldn't be sleeping well now. I told her that he had prescribed it for a reason. Then I paid and walked away. I guess I'm going back to walgreens. At least they leave me alone and don't act like they know it all. She is not a doctor and should not be questioning what the doctor has prescribed to me. She has no idea what I have been through or how this will affect me. I hope she can't sleep at night and then maybe she might understand. Thanks again for messing with my stability and taking away my ability to get a good night's sleep. Little Miss Know it All! I'll be taking my business some where else!

I live in North Salt Lake and I still come all the way to this pharmacy because they treat me so well. I’ve been going to them for years and they treat me like family. It does get busy at times but they try to get to you ASAP. Lisa that works there is absolutely amazing.

Way better than the wallgreens next to it. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They do their best when they are short staffed or when they haven't received medication. The only reason I Gove 4 instead of 5 stars is a few times I have been told a prescription is in and then go to get it and was apologized to but was misinformed.

The store is great to start off with but I was at self checkout paying for my items now it's been a long day I had just gotten off of work and I'm sure the cashier person that watches over the self checkout had a long day as well but that's no reason to make snide remarks at me like she did older woman short with white hair because I asked her a question as to why my items didn't ring up at the $1.50 like I was told. So she assisted me but was rude in her demeanor but as I left I thanked her for her help even though she made me feel like a dummy. On my way out I stopped there at the customer service thinking about talking to a manager about what happened but thought against it I get it I use to work retail before and would get tired of dumb questions to but I never made a customer feel stupid. I kept all them thoughts and remarks to myself.which is what this lady should have and could have done but I guess to each there own if it makes her feel more better about herself. So in all perhaps avoid self checkout if an older short lady with white hair is working or don't ask for assistance from her.

They gave me the wrong prescription and acted like it was my fault and almost didn't want to give me the right one since they said it was their policy that I couldn't return it.
