Smiths new policy of automatically defaulting all prescriptions to 90 days is a money grabbing scam.If your prescription changes you are stuck paying for 2 because they switch it without even telling you.No matter how many times you correct them or have notes added to your account they will change it without permission.Last I checked pharmacists are notdoctors and do not have authorizations to make or alter prescriptions.

The Pharmacy staff are doing the best they can being short staffed and being asked to do many functions at the same. Be patient with others, they're doing the best they can and instant gratification isn't always possible!

The staff at this location are pretty amazing. Whether it's the fuel station employees or self-checkout.. I've always experienced really pleasant and respectful staff at this location the prices are garbage but... People are great

This Smiths needs a NEW pharmacist, I don’t know if this guy knows anything. They have poor customer services and poor service. We went in to refill my sisters prescription, the other lady told her it will be 30 mins like they never had this prescription in their system before. We walked out and waited in the car for 20 mins, then my sister walked back in, she texted me and said that she has to wait for another 30 mins with no other explanation, but the thing is I didn’t get, she was the only one there. People came and argued with this stupid pharmacy and she just sat patiently and waited until they called her name. I finally called and asked how long to refill a prescription and the attitude lady on the phone seemed like she didn’t hear me. I said ‘Your serve sucked, no wonder people I know took their prescription refill somewhere else. You guys sucked big time. Whoever managed that store needs to get his/her act together.

Have never had any problem or issue with this pharmacy. Very convenient to drop off or pick up Rx. They notify you by text when your refill is ready for pick up. Staff here is great. Quick and friendly. I have had flu shots and COVID shots here. Private room for shot administration and advice.

If I could leave no stars I would!. The pharmacist here are lazy as hell!. There rude and snotty when you ask why the window is always closed because it seems to always be fucking closed!. Then the only nice ones working are the women that work there!. If I could put there dumb faces on here to show the two pieces of crap dudes that work there!.

Everyone at this pharmacy has a poor attitude. They hold your pills hostage and talk down to you. They screw up medications and give out personal messages to people that are not the patient. Highly unprofessional and actually illegal. Mark the lead tech should be fired for how he conducts himself. Absolutely appalled at how he treats people. Corporate will be contacted.

Absolutely worst pharmacy customer service experience I have ever had. 5 people on duty, only person waiting. 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence eventhough 3 people walked past me. Called \\\"bud\\\" when finally talked too.. Told to move because I was at the wrong register. Not asked. TOLD!

Seriously the worst Smith’s Pharmacy ever. If you can go somewhere else , it’s best you can. I dropped of a prescription at 11:40am I was told I could pick it up in 40 min. I ran errands in the area and returned over an hour and 20 minutes later. I was told that they never received it. Then they found it but it hadn’t been put in the system. I was told They would send me a text. Drove 12 miles home. Around 4:30 I called and they said they were sorry for not sending a text, but that it was ready. I asked how late their drive through was open, they said 8pm. Great I will be right there. I arrive wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind numerous other cars. And they decided to close the drive thru. This is not the first time I have had a similar situation at this location.

Honestly, in 40+ years of life, I have never experienced a worse pharmacy. It truly deserves zero stars. Between employees not caring or being incompetent, it is always a struggle and today is the last day I am using this place. Side note: there is a younger girl here that is very nice, professional and seems to care (long, straight, colored hair).Too bad she is outnumbered......

My mom and dad had their third (booster) Pfeifer shot and made them feel really good during the process. Great attentive and very respectful service you get here with their pharmacy staff.
