This is the worst customer service I have ever had first the accused my sister of stealing but would t call the cops security or the owner as she emptied her purse on the counter the clerk told her she could have hid the stolen items elsewhere on her body.This is unacceptable and I will be contacting my lawyers about this especially if her picture is posted. As this was humiliating and very embarrassing as the mall was very full of people.

I went in thinking I wasn’t going to be able to find the right ring I was going for and end up going to a couple more places but Harley knew exactly what I was thinking of. Girl can barely understand English and took literally 30 seconds to look for a piece of body jewelry I was looking for. Comes back and say no I don't think we have it... Don't waste your time calling and just go in.

A nice young lady named Megan helped me out last week. I told her I wanted a blue nose ring and she found a very cute one that I liked. It was quick and affordable. Megan was very friendly and accepting that I had my baby with me but she made me feel comfortable. I highly suggest silver loft and specifically Megan! Check them out :)

Updated will move my 1 star to 3 stars because the company did reach out to me finally and assured me I would get a new pair at the right size for free next time I went in. How ever after showing the employee the message the told me I needed the old pair in exchange. Which no where was discussed by corporate. So I didn't receive my earrings yet again.went in for stone plugs. I asked for 0's he pulled out the set I wanted. I mentioned they looked small. He used a gage thing and said oh no they are definitely 0s. Got them home cleaned them to wear them the next day and they were 2s.I reached out to the Facebook page and received no help at all. When paying 18$ for a pair of earrings I expected to get what I asked for. Trying to respect boundaries and not touch merchandise with covid is hard. But when the workers either arnt trained properly and or are shady AF... it ruins the trust we honest people have for smaller businesses who don't except returns. It makes it super hard to ever want to buy Anything else from them.

Have come here for years to get the same diamond stud earrings, and quality has gone DOWN HILL! Bought 2 pairs recently, wore them 1 day and lost 3 stones in the earrings. I understand their no refund policy on body jewelry, so unfortunately there is no refund or exchange. My business will be going elsewhere in the future. Sad to see such a great store have terrible quality of jewel now.

I went in and the girl said she could switch my piercing out since I was having trouble doing so. She was on her phone with gloves on and didn’t even bother switching them out. I asked for something to hold the post and she just pulled out some pliers without disinfecting first? and the worst part that gave away the fact that she didn’t know what she was doing is she opened my nose hoop APART and completely ruined the shape of it. Never going here again. I got it In myself either way didn’t want an infection from her unsanitary materials and gloves ?????
