“Came into the store to purchase new work boots. The store was clean and I was greeted immediately . My feet were measured and documented. Found a pair of boots that fit well. I was told about the custom insoles but am a creature of habit and have insoles that I've used for years and love. Left with a great pair of boots and a great experience. Highly recommend this Red Wing location. Very impressed by the level of customer service I received.”
