I'm upset and not with the store but because they sell these sinks that won't fit phones and the worst thing about it is that you can't open it or measure it before buying it.
These tempered glasses are of no use to any iPhone, they obstruct the camera, I just spend money and time okis

I visited this location to buy some bath towels and washcloths. When I got home I discovered the washcloths weren't in my bag. This is problematic because I live 35 miles away. I called the store and spoke with Debbie who told me to bring my receipt in and they would replace the washcloths. I stopped back there today and spoke with Nelly. She disappeared and came back and showed me a video (quality was poor and hard to see) that she said shows the washcloths were placed in the bag. The bottom line is that she refused to replace the washcloths that I don't have. So basically I spent more on gasoline to return to the store for a resolution than the washcloths. I'm not happy. Being treated dishonestly is a bad way to do business. This location will never see me again. Be cautious when shopping here.

The West Valley City store is the best in the valley! I have been to other locations. Every time I set foot in other locations, I hate it! This store is always consistent with having new items, the store is clean and the employees are hands down the best! I love the WVC Ross! Martha is such a helpful and sweet employee! She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful! I always see her working so hard! Good job, girlfriend, you are amazing! The other person i want to recognize is the SPS Jonathan! He is such a wonderful asset to this store. He always has a smile on his face and is there to greet you with a smile! The WVC store is the best in SL County! Hands down! This will always be my number 1 store!

I came into the store at the end of the night, and I understand wanting to be able to close the store down and get out of there in a timely manner. I've worked retail my entire life, but I had numerous employees get salty with me and tell me by the minute how many minutes they would be closing. They didn't want my money. They'd rather close their doors. I will not be giving them any more of my money because of the poor customer service. I would've been out of there on time. I was rushing as fast as I could but they didn't give a shit!
