We worked with Alejandro at Pyramid Auto. We bought a Toyota FJ. We had looked at a few before choosing this vehicle. Alejandro was so nice, and very professional. We felt he was very honest, transparent and accommodating throughout the entire process. This was a easy non-stressful transaction. We have enjoyed the car for a month now and would return again! I had an EXCELLENT experience at Pyramid Auto Sales working with Miguel and Arturo! They were so helpful in helping me find the perfect car! They are professional, knowledgeable, and kind!
I’ve had the car for 2 weeks now, and the car has been so great! I know this car will last us for years and will meet the needs of my small family!
I would highly recommend going to Pyramid Auto Sales to get a new car! I had such a great experience, and I would go back to get another car in the future!

I worked with Alejandro at Pyramid Auto. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I had two cars to trade in for a truck that I had found on their website. They gave me a fair trade in for my vehicles and I bought the truck below blue book. I was able to use my own financing to acquire the new truck. Most large dealerships want you to finance through them and in my experience they tack on so many fees that you end up paying thousands more.
I was able to take the truck I wanted to buy on a test drive to my mechanic. It checked out. The windshield wipers were not spraying so Pyramid even ordered the parts for that at their cost.
I'd highly recommend going to Pyramid before a large dealership. These guys were straight forward, honest, and not pushy.

It was my first time car shopping and I tried a few other places, mainly bigger dealerships. Every other place I had tried was a back and forth of going to the computer to look up the price of the car. Because all of the pricing, mileage, and any other information was only online. Pyramid Auto Sales was a simply and easy experience. They had the car prices, mileage, and other information with the car. And test driving the car was super easy. There was no pressure for the people. They have been great to work with. I recommend going, if you're looking for a car.

It only let me put one star but it's a minus minus 0 Stars. CROOKs, they definitely don't stand by their word. I'd been looking for weeks and found this perfect car here. My loan was already pre-approved but I couldn't sign on loan until next day. They said they'd hold till next day on a phone call plus I left my eye glasses there and they said I could get them when I take check for car. Last night I saw they marked it sold on Market Street. I immediately sent message asking if it was me that it was sold to. Of course no response. Market Street had car for 10,895, look at picture on window 19,985 so I asked before driving out to SLC, they said 10,895 was correct, will I get there and window says 16,895. I proceeded to buy they gave me the bill of sale for bank, but bank told me to wait till morning.
Long story, in morning they said it was sold in auction between the last hour of there hours and morning.
DO NOT TRUST THES CROOK's......
I will be putting this on multiple pages and reporting to BBB.

These people are absolute crooks, Now I get why auto salesmen have such a bad name. They lied and I have proof via bill of sale and I record every single phone call due to a bittyer of custody battle. I have him on recording saying oh I can hold your glasses here until you come tomorrow to pick them up. What they did was they had the wrong price listed. And it was marked way low and so they said that it was sold. And I have a friend in Salt Lake. And they drove by there several times today in the vehicle was there Was there so don't trust a
word they say! Get this the a hole actually had the audacity to ask if we woule to look At other vehicles!

Absolutely the worst interaction with anyone selling a car I have ever experienced. I had been looking at a 2014 jeep wrangler (tan) they have for sale (at the time of writing this it is still for sale). When I originally looked at the car it had a check engine light and ABS light on. They "took" it into a shop to have the issues looked at and fixed. About a week after they said the car was ready to go. I went in and asked what the problem was. Arturo said there was a "leak" but refused to provide any addition details. He said "we replaced the ABS sensor and reset the computer and the check engine light went off" that on its own is incredibly sketchy. I kept asking what was fixed, where the leak was, what kind of leak was it. He refused to answer any of my questions. I kept asking and saying I would not purchase a car when I had no idea what caused a check engine light to turn on. I pressured for an answer until he told me, and I quote "get the **** out of here". Legitimately the worst experience you can have and 0 trust in this place. Do NOT buy a vehicle and absolutely do not buy the Tan Jeep Wrangler they have for sale
