I am very upset and disappointed because of the purchase of a truck that was sold to me with many failures in the air bag, tire sensor, the lights inside the car that are not working. It is very sad that they come to buy and start with a new car and unfortunately they do not reimburse you for the initial money that you make and go with a truck that is falling apart

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you want a car please go somewhere else. The Hispanic lady is very helpful but doesn’t understand anything. I got a car from this place, and have a monthly payment set I’ve been paying this car off since 2023, mind you I’m always on top of my payments and never miss a month. The crazy thing is the same lady that’s always at the front desk had gave me the Venmo to the manager so, it’s much easier instead of coming in person all the time. But, it’s like everytime I go there in person they tell me I’m late on my payments and charge me. I told them that I’ve been making payments through the manager (Johnathan) Venmo account. It’s not fair to me or anyone else having the same issue as me because you can’t keep track of your customers payments and I also took them proof of all the payments I made but something seems so off about this place I got my receipt from the last time I when In before making payments through Venmo and I swear to you my balance has never changed idk if these people are stealing my money or what but something doesn’t make sense. I just feel like I’ve been paying these people for the longest. Please please find somewhere else to buy a car theses better places stay far away from this place .
