“The pumps aren't usually terribly busy when I come which is nice. It makes it easy to pull in and out. The price is maybe slightly cheaper than other gas stations, that will depend on how much money you spend at Smiths and your gas rewards.”

“I have an inhaler that cost 600.00 I did have a coupon to cover that costs but this time when I went to fill the coupon was no longer covering the costs but one of your pharmacist went above and beyond and hunted for another coupon that will cover the full amount no one else would have taken the time to do that iam not sure of his name but it was last week that this was done”

“I love this place best pharmacy in all of utah by far hands down no questions asked . And besides that the staff are supper awesome here and way friendly and a great contribution to community around here and a very much needed alternative to all those store chain pharmacy's that are basically ran by robots since the people who work at those places are like slaves to there master corporations. Buy not here, what you get here is friendly service that will have you leaving with a smile.”
“I always have great service from University of Utah pharmacies. I used to pick up from the Sugarhouse location and they are incredible with great customer service but now the Westridge location is closer to my house so I have been going there. They are so helpful and accommodating when they can be. I have been a customer for many years now and won’t go anywhere else if I can avoid it.”

“Amelia deserves a raise. She is what customer service is about. I came off a 16 hour shift. The pharmacist just kept say I don’t know, come back later had no desire to help me after waiting for a 1 hour and 40 min and on hold 31 minutes the day before to make the appt because the computer system wasn’t working. Amelia was not taking no for an answer. She was determined to help me get a solution. She needs a raise and to be the manager. She cared more about helping than anyone in the store. She is an asset to your company. I wish more people had her work ethic.”

“This pharmacy has the best people to help you and they really do care about going to extra mile for their customers. I’ve had them actually stay later for me when I couldn’t be there before close. Waiting after hours just for me. Really friendly and courteous and willing to really listen to my needs, and always greeting me with a smile. I recommend them to everyone.
