“This is a really great pawn shop. The guy is always honest and willing to help out when he can. The hours need to be updated on Google though. Like today it says there open till 7pm but just left here and they are not open at all. Over all a great place.”

“Went to this pawn shop and had a great experience with Aubrie the manager. She was friendly, professional, and most importantly she was very HONEST. (I shared with her my experience with cash amercia pawn and how they tried to scam me by saying my jewelry wasn't real. She told me she has heard that alot and has had a poor experience with cash america pawn trying to sell her own jewelry there.) Anyway EZ pawn is great and the manager Aubrie is delightful and I appreciate her exceptional customer service skills. She is more professional than the amateurs at cash america pawn because she was like "yeah this is definitely real 10k white gold, im not sure why the cash america pawn guys thought it was fake!" I would give 10 stars if I could because 5 is not enough for how grateful I was.”
