Armando Calata,First time I’ve entered this branch and let me say this representative went above and beyond. He helped me and my husband with several accounts and I’m just say if it wasn’t for him we’d be in a huge financial struggle. Thankful for him, very fun to talk to as well. 10/10 would recommend him to set up appointment.

Worst service ever I’ve been trying to open a bank account and I voice like four hours of my day from bank to bank and nobody help me. I have three bank accounts with this this bank but I’m going to move them all to U first because you for us is taking over this bank and they have very good customer service so much recommended you first go there do not come to Mountin Amarica no more. I was waiting there for 30 minutes all the girls in there they were laughing between each other in joking nobody help me.

Had a horrible experience at this location, I deposited my check last Saturday morning, later that day i checked my account through the app and I come to find out my money was nowhere to be found. I took a look at the receipt they gave me after depositing my check and they deposited my money to another different account. I waited until today to talk to someone about it at the bank. I was late paying my phone bill because of their mistake and I ended up paying a late fee for my phone bill, I told them about it and they told me they will not be responsible to pay that late fee. I’m so upset because it seems like they didn’t care. So if you guys are going to deposit MAKE SURE THEY DESPOSIT YOUR MONEY IN THE CORRECT ACCOUNT.

We usually always go threw the drive threw, and the employees are always so nice, respectful, and do an amazing job helping us with what we need. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

What I don't like is that you make an appointment, and they don't care and move on to people who don't even have an appointment and someone who makes an appointment waiting and waiting.

The staff is super friendly and amazing! I never felt rushed even though they were busy and felt they really took the time to make sure everything was set before I left.

Switching to MACU was the best decision ever!! William Nguyen was a godsend to our family. He helped me with an auto loan and debt consolidation. He also helped my dad sort out a home equity situation. Our finances and credit scores have improved substantially.At one point during the process I was confused. Sometimes when I get confused, admittedly, I get a little aggravated. William has the patience of a saint and explained everything step by step to let me know exactly what to expect. I really couldn’t be more happy and grateful. Thank you!!

Claudia Rongel was/is incredibly helpful in many ways. Walked in for a joint account, walked out with a lower interest on my auto loan, and debt consolidation with lower interest.

The store manager is the most unhelpful and belittling person I’ve ever encountered. He was very dismissive & cocky. Refused to give me change for my bigger bills because my account wasn’t active. I tried explaining him the difficult situation I was in with my dad having a brain injury and how my dad shut down our business account prematurely, etc… Anyways. Worst experience at any Mountain America I’ve ever had.Also, It was a very busy night right before closing and I watched him yell & boss his employees around. Very sad & uncomfortable to watch. I felt bad for the employees.

This drive thru was the worst experience! So slow! Took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru with no one in front of me. Really the worst! They also did not ask for my code word which we have experienced at every other branch. Take the time to go to the branch on 4700 S the customer experience is way better there.
