“Yesterday I came in and needed to switch iPhones , it was a complicated transfer because my old phone was so messed up you couldn’t even access it however Hannia was so so patient through the process and made me feel safe and comfortable and not a bother at all , I really appreciate how she was very knowledgeable and just overall very kind, Alex was there also supporting Hannia and helped other customers while we all were trying to figure out ways around certain issues regarding the transfer. The professionalism and above and beyond service provided by Carla at this location really made the process enjoyable and hassle free. She went to extreme lengths to assure that I left with the phone I wanted at the price I was expecting.
