I’ve been to quite a few Mr. car washes in Utah, and this one is by far the best! The property is beautiful, the building is beautiful, everything is very well maintained and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Ivan the manager was on top of the entire operation! The only detail this place is missing, is complementary towels to dry off your car and clean the windows.

My problem with this company is 7 months long. My rear wiper on our Sequoia got ripped off the back. Things happen they do and I get it as long as a company can take care of it. When you go 7 months of constantly following up and week after week you get excuses. Why it's not getting resolved. There's clearly an issue with management. I don't know where the communication breakdown is. I don't know where the problem is. But the manager of the store said he would take care of it. I call him. He says he's trying to take care of it. Another month goes by. He's taking care of it. I finally get talked to Ivan which is supposedly the regional manager. They they give it to a girl and supposedly she's going to be taking care of it and Ivan is taking care of it as well but months go by and nothing's ever resolved. We continue to pay our our fees for three vehicles. Coming to an end very soon. They say they're going to fix this vehicle and the wiper they haven't yet. They keeps promising but they never do. Ivan said it's approved and asked me if someone reached out yet no one reached out. He's going to call today and most likely nothing's going to happen. They offer me one month credit on one vehicle. We've been a customer for quite a few years. And this is how they they take care of you as a customer. Unfortunately, we offered them. We'll stay with them permanently if they give us a few months free credit on all our vehicles for this misery. With the most incompetent management team I have ever dealt with in any company. I have a business I wouldn't run my business. I wouldn't have managers that run their company this way. This is a joke. I hope they give us a few months and we stay with them. If not, we'll go over to a competitor and take a business there. They're going to lose more money than they're going to gain out of this matter. Their management is horrible. I would change this review if they take care of the issue. It's sad. I wouldn't recommend this car wash, especially when you have a problem go somewhere else, take your money and spend it somewhere else, especially if you have multiple vehicles. They've made thousands off of us and they give us one month credit. What a joke! Ivan and maybe they're a regional manager should be proud of himself because they all get advice from the regional manager lol. This matter has been discussed with Ivan, his regional manager and and they all get advice from the regional manager. So maybe the regional manager is not that great either. A great company is about great leadership and clearly they don't have it! In West valley and salt lake

Be careful . With the service that this car wash provides. I will recommend you to take a video of your car before a car wash so you can have a proof . I used to wash my car by hand and have no scratches at all after I dice to take it there and pay for this service I notice a lot of scratches on it I notice also that my spray nozzle on my back window was missing when to make a complaint and I file a claim on February as today is April and o have been denie tfor the scratches they said the spray nozzle will be replace by them I still waiting for that to be fix they have a care team that care less what happen to your car pay to wash and get free scratches and damages . I have email them no one cares manager at this location so unprofessional and irresponsible she even cancel my account without my autorización.My recomendaciónAvoid this Mister care less wash services not good at all

Vacuums always clogged I can move parking spaces and watch an employee speed right past the clogged vacuum! top brush is too strong so are the blowers if anything gets damaged you are better off taking the loss and replacing it also who the hell is gonna pay 36.99 for some extra chemicals this place is highway robbery!

Super place, the employees have always been very friendly and the place in general is good, I don't give it 5 stars because I had to change positions twice since the vacuum cleaners didn't work properly, rest recommended
