No contracts, no credit checks, no surprises. Went into the store to get my phone unlocked told me I had to call 611. 611 tells me I need to go back to the store. I paid cash for my phone. Something about not being able to take your phone you paid for outright for 180 days. Sounds like a contract and a surprise. Never told that when I purchased my phone. 54 days left in the 180 even offered to just pay the two months left service sucks. Not an honest company, not honest advertisement, and holding my number hostage now.

Terrible service, they make mistakes and want you to solve it by looking for more money, they waste your time and don't solve anything, to make matters worse you complain and they get upset and don't make a request.

The worst thing about service is the attention is super terrible. The manager is super dishonest. They do things reluctantly. And one cannot complain because they have no solution and to make matters worse they get upset.

Absolutely terrible service went in for a phone upgrade then they accidentally Sighned me up for a 9 mouth lease on the phone that I already have. they then proceeded to tell me to come in the next day to get it fixed went in and then told me they can't and sorry and next month they can fix If welp today marks that day and they told me idk sorry now I'm stuck with my phone and a new bill nobody in there knows there job

I just wanted to thank the generous young girl that helped me today. After I went to the metropcs in valley fair mall, the girl that was there didn’t even want to help. She asked if I could come tomorrow because she’s closing at 8pm but she had at least 20 minutes to help me get a new number. I went to this location, and this girl was so nice and got what I needed in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service!! Really professional & real friendly!
