These people are very rude, lie, never give you a call, don’t give you information, take your money, don’t let you talk or even answer simple questions, judge the customers, give horrible treatment. They also proceeded to cancel my order without my consent. Melissa the manager thinks that she’s better & smarter than everyone else, she even yelled/ cursed at me. You don’t treat customers like this. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This was the WORST customer service experience I’ve had. The manager never let me speak, I didn’t try to extort the manager & on top of that I haven’t received my refund.

Great deals on furniture. 2 locations. Second is in Valley Fair Mall. Grand opening for mall location 3/22. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They offer delivery for a fee. Free parking and handicap parking. Espanol

If I can give this company a zero I would .. they would take your money and act clueless on who you are nonetheless try to give you an old bed for exchange of what you ordered... terrible at giving refund back find a better place because they will eat your money up and give you the worst experience.. also I never received my mattress.. still working on getting refund BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Purchased a queen mattress set and a twin bed set and the process was so smooth! Owner and delivery personnel were amazing and super nice to work with! I would definitely recommend this place and the wonderful staff. Thank you!!

We purchased a Queen size bed set and king size box springs from here. We had guests over for thanksgiving holiday and they really enjoyed the comfort of the queen size bed set. Customer service was awesome and the guy who delivered our stuff was so helpful. We got a really great deal. I was skeptical of this place because of the reviews but gave them a chance and glad I did. The owner is a great man! Thank you so much!

I have not bought anything here and I would be hesitant. I took my son to get a haircut at Cut Throat barber shop and waited in my truck ... while i was there a trailer with used box springs stained, ripped just filthy showed up and all those maybe 60 + twin boxes were being unloaded. Based off the reviews here makes me want to think what kind of stuff they sell here.

I have bought a queen size bed. Guy rushed through out the whole process and sold us an old bed for a new bed's price and there is no warranty and no returns on it. he made it a final sale. Now we are stuck with an old bed.
