Mattress Firm has me as a customer now, best prices, Alex was great, knowledgeable and professional. I'll go back. I live in West Jordan, but went to the west valley location cuz it was by my work, ended up buying my mattress there.

Our experience today was great. Was greeted by Alejandro and found exactly what we were looking for. They were able to schedule next day delivery and I like that there is a few month trial period if we don't like the mattress. Very good experience and the person who helped us was very personable and great!

This was not my first rodeo at West Valley Mattress Firm. I bought an excellent mattress and adjustable base here in 2018. The unit is still in great shape I just wanted to upgrade to a king size. I was so satisfied the first time that I didn't even consider looking anywhere else. Skylor greeted us as soon as we opened the door and asked how he could help us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different mattresses and features they each had. He was extremely friendly and patient as we tested out all the different options. He asked just the right questions to help us find just the right mattress for us. Skylor was so genuine and made us both feel like we had known him for years. It was like buying a mattress from a great friend who wants nothing more than to make sure you get exactly what you want. I am once again a very satisfied customer and am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Skylor.

I spoke with Dean. He was quite informative. I walked in with a narrowed idea of which mattress I would be selecting from prior tests and reading, however I still tried out a few other ones surrounding it to lock my decision.
I enjoyed our constructive conversation on some aspects regarding the mattress make, structure, etc, and found it helpful for making a final decision. All around I'm happy I stopped by instead of ordering online. Thanks.
