Tony was great.
He got back with me right away even though he was just barely getting back in town from a trip. He was nice and professional. He made sure that I got as much money back as possible.

Although the older man who helped me was very friendly, he made the process very confusing. I was led to believe it would be cheaper than it was...he seemed to be confused and had to start over like 2 times. And worst of all, he spelled my NAME wrong, my name is Abigail, and he wrote Apigail....even after I corrected the mistake, he just said "oh okay" went like he fixed it, but when I got the paperwork the mistake was still there ??♀️

He made an $8000.00 mistake. Told us we owed with Federal and state over $9000.00 when in reality we received over $1000. 00 back. That is in addition to entering several other things wrong (state id numbers etc) and had to ask for my card twice because he entered that wrong the first time as well. The whole process took almost two hours!
