Shari was great. Got all my concerns with my Jeep handled. Awesome customer service! Took my Jeep to salt lake Jeep on state street and they handed me a $12,000 repairs bill, went to ken garff to have a second opinion and they did not find anything the previous jeep said was wrong. I know have 2k in repairs over the 12k I was told at another dealership. Save your time and money and go to hen garff. The tech records video and walks you through his work. Great service department!

Super easy transaction. Found the truck I liked. Reached out and was contacted by Stephen Fowler who gave me all the info I needed. We negotiated a good price. I flew to SLC and they picked me up at the airport. I was in and out in an hour or so and on my 850 mile drive home. They’ve followed up since I left with some helpful info. All around best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

They were so accommodating and professional in performing my service. I did not have an appointment, but they worked me in to their schedule. The work was performed more quickly than they estimated. They were very straightforward about work that needed to be done and gave recommendations for things that might require attention at my next service. Antonio, my service representative was wonderful; he is truly an asset to Ken Garff.
