Probably spelling her name wrong, but Tannan did a great job with my hair. I had like 8 inches cut off and was a little nervous but she made it look good.

It doesn't serve me well to give a negative review because I am employed by salons and stylists to do scissor sharpening... but a young stylist at this Great Clips was very rude and dismissive. Who am I? I was a salon owner/stylist for 15 years and know the importance of professionalism. I have a good overall relationship with Great Clips. Thankfully, this kind of behavior is not systemic.

I had a bad experience a year ago with a different hairdresser.. Finally broke down and treated myself to a professional haircut again. The hairdresser was great. Professional. Listened. Was empathetic. Asked questions. I would 100 percent have her cut my hair again.
