Deceptive. Had him bid on an auction car that we didn't win. He cashed my deposit check that day anyway. When I asked for it back a month later he then claimed my deposit check hadn't cleared his bank. I had to show him images of the cancelled check. Even then he only returned $600 of my $700 deposit. Charged me $50/hour just for talking to him. Usually a deposit is in case the customer walks away from a car after the broker has purchasea it. I'd be okay with paying him an hourly rate for his time, but he needs to be more upfront about it.

By far one of the best experiences I've ever had! They addressed all of my questions in an upfront manner, made me feel comfortable, and not pressured to make a decision (nothing makes me more annoyed and less likely to buy). I came to look at a Civic but then mid shopping decided that I might need something bigger. Jorge was able to show a couple more options they had available and still a great price and in my budget. It was just so convenient and ended up buying that day. Definitely referring them to everyone I know.

Where to begin? These guys are awesome. I always worry when buying a car from a used car dealership especially when it has a rebuilt title.Jorge was very upfront and Honest even showed us pictures of damage before repairs where made,we where able to take the Vehicle for a test drive and do are own inspection of the Vehicle away from the shop.upon returning to the dealership we notified Jorge of a couple of concerns we had with Vehicle,He told us he would need the Vehicle for more time than the was left in the day.He told us to go ahead and take Vehicle home(daughter was pretty excited to have new car)and assured us he would address all of our concerns.(i was a little reluctant) When i returned a week later ,ALL concerns were addressed to my Satisfaction . I would Refer Gandi to Friends and Family. Thanks again Jorge

I purchased an essentially new car (rebuilt title but no mechanical damage whatsoever) for well under its value. My salesman was so helpful and fair that I wondered if the deal was too good to be true and kept looking out for the hidden catch. There weren't any. This was the most positive, personable car buying experience I've ever had, by far, including both private parties and dealers. These guys deserve your business.
