Sibling was helped by Christie the store manager. We were sent home to get proof of legal and alternative name because their alternative name on package did not match legal name on ID. They even pulled up their order on their phone, but was still denied. Drove all the way home to get 2 pieces of mail then came back. Went inside this time with sibling. The vibe was the fake friendly vibe. Everything was fake and great until she had asked to see ID again to verify DOB??? Not sure if it’s like this at every other FedEx, but this was just so discriminating. Go to a UPS or something, this location is terrible.

Christie is amazing! I had a large difficult project to print, and I had formatted it wrong. She helped me to reformat it and made it turn out perfect. I appreciated her patience, knowledge, and helpfulness so much!

I had another company drop the ball on me with an order for an event we were doing. I called and explained the situation and dire need, the girl that took the call said I cant cut you in line over anyone but I will see what I can do. long story short, I had my order prepared and ready for me right in time for the event and they saved the day for us..

FedEx is the worst shipping service I have ever used! Every time I have require signature delivery there is huge problems. It gets lost, driver doesn’t ring the bell, he delivers to the wrong address, and customer support is HORRIBLE. I don’t know how they are in business. DO NOT USE FEDEX. They are trash

I had a very large, 1 inch thick music book that wouldn't last flat on my piano. I found out FedEx spiral binds books, so I had them do it. They did an excellent job, and quickly. After we dropped it off we went to Winco. While we were there FedEx called and said it was done. So, we were able to pick it up before going home. I'm very happy with their quality of work and customer service.

I have had problems with this location for over a year now. Every package is two weeks late and is delivered severely damaged. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service with every package to try and get my packages delivered. Every package gets sorted to the wrong truck. It takes weeks and endless phone calls to get it on the right truck. Every time I ask what I need to do to get this problem resolved and nothing ever gets fixed! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with! If there was some way to avoid ordering anything that was shipped through Fedex I would!!

Have sent quite a few items through this location...if you get the older the lady (the one with the attitude) you'll be better off. I've had nothing but issues with anybody else at this particular location.
