I received the most helpful person today while visiting this FedEx ship center. Noah went above and beyond finding one of my packages today. He went and searched through all the containers so I could get my packaged delivered on time. Noah is probably the most helpful person I have ever worked with at this facility and he really is an outstanding employee for FedEx.

I sold something on ebay and had to ship it with their shipping label which brought me to this particular store. The guy that helped me was not very helpful and I tried exclaiming what was going on and what I needed done and he just threw the expensive shoes$17,000 for this set to be exact but even after telling me that he no paper or used box stuffing so they didn't get bounced around that I would have to pay 12 dollars to buy a bag that I wouldn't have used a quarter of just was my final straw, his additive and just the disrespecting of his company values disgusted me and I literally could not take it any more so I ended up asking if he needed anything else from me he said no so I walked out.
This person should not be in any role where he represents the Fed Ex company years ago I happens to work for a security company and was stationed at the Fed Ex in North Salt Lake and I know that it is a great company and this employees attitude is not what they are about I found them to be professional and very customer service friendly willing to go the extra mile without being asked but this guy was just lazy and acted like he didn't want to be there.

FedEx cannot figure out how to stay organized in Salt Lake City. I often get reports of my package as received locally to your warehouse and then it sits for days until it is late, still in your facility. How do all the other services get things to me in time? USPS and UPS have it figured out. So frustrating. This is not the norm outside of Utah.

Waited for my package to be delivered by FedEx from 8am to 12pm and it didnt show so i waited another hour and a half then i had to leave and missed the truck he left a note that said to go to the store after 530 so I went to the distributor and arrived to the door at 610 to pick up my package and right when I got to the door a man who looked like Mr O'Hare said were closed and locked the door when the website said they close at 615.

My FedX DELIVERY GUYS are soooo the BEST and CAREING.Then.... Oh my hell.... I was advised to go to one FedX to do a return and mail gifts. I went there and called for someone to come help me, as I was advised, 《I can't walk very well.《They didn't have a clue. I called again & A.I. sent me off to,,,, , a.i. didn't even know where it was.This was seriously ? BAD!!!I still have my stuff & they just crapped on Christmas ?.
