I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. My experience was 5/5. I came in not knowing a damn thing about what I needed, and I was taken great care of. Ben is the man, and the customer service was wonderful. He helped me order exactly what I needed at an unbeatable price. I’d recommend this location to anyone!!

Horrible work experience! Seriously waste of time and effort. Travis thinks he’s a manger and enjoys telling employees what to do like he’s better than them. Really wish I could’ve had an actual manager help me and guide me. Travis made this a horrible work experience!

Fastenal is a good vendor for hard to find hardware, or if you need to order a lot of hardware, have it well-sorted and delivered, and have sufficient lead time. For the average consumer they're price is higher than a big hardware store, because they're selling their services.

In my opinion, this is the best Fastenal branch. Dan and Brett are awesome and really go the extra mile for you. I've been dealing with this Fastenal for years, and they're a 10/10.
