I will not be going to this salon again. Not a good experience. The lady overcharged me. She charged me for a service that I never requested. It ended up being $32 for a terrible haircut and she didn't even shampoo my hair. My daughter had a haircut also and it was also not very good. It was just a little trim that the lady also overcharged. Saying that specific haircut was more expensive. It was just a trim she cut less than half an inch.

Due to medical issues it is extremely hard for me to get in to have my hair done, and it’s been awhile. Was having a good day so I was gonna go for it. Made a 1:15 appointment and took off work to go. Get there to find out that the hairdresser (Sherry) is apparently not coming in now. No notice no nothing. Needless to say I’m rather upset. So unprofessional I don’t even really know how to react. Guess it’ll be another 6 mths for a good day.

If you need a cut or color, go to this fantastic Sam's! You'll find a hair color specialist (Lynn) with technical knowledge out the wazoo, the color I get is more natural on me than my natural hair color. Try and tell me that's not a winner

I can't remember who cut my hair but she was a younger girl with short hair. She cut my hair way shorter than what we talked about and cut my bangs really short and uneven. Didn't even section the bangs out she just took scissors and cut them. Now they are even to short to pin up. It looks like I did them at home and need to go to a stylist to fix my bangs but no they are already to short to fix. I'm not sure if this place even requires schooling if this is how she cuts hair. It was 3/15. The lady who did my mom's perm did a really nice job Joan I think her name was. The other one shouldn't be allowed to work on people's hair and this business should look into people's schooling better!

Lynn is the only person i trust to do my hair. She truly listens to what you want and gives you what you ask for. She has done a new style for me every time I see her and she kills every single one. Highly recommend !

I like seeing the same people each time I go in. They are friendly and have gotten to know my style.Update - Not very happy this time. New person working alone. You would think not having much hair would make the cut easy. Unfortunately, not only is it cut unevenly, the neck line was cut way to high, AND she couldn't even get a straight line!

I went into this location after a mishap at another salon. Lynn B was quick and right off the bat ready to fix my hair. She is funny and friendly and we had great conversations it felt like Ive known her for years yet just met her ! She is AWESOME and best part is she ended up giving me "the hair Ive always wanted" and she didnt even know it.:) Im fortunate the mishap happened because now I found my hairstylists. I made an appointment and it wasn’t respected. They had me waiting to tell me that I had to wait for another person to get a hair color. And I asked how much longer and they said 25 or more minutes. They made me waist my time and gas! All they said was sorry! Really!!! No respect to someone’s time.Service: Haircut

i just wanted to treat myself so I went to fantastic sams to get my hair done! I walked in with platinum blonde hair showed the ladies how I wanted my hair they told me it would be easy and they could do... after almost two hours the lady washed my hair and while drying it I had splotches all over my hair she told me in time it would wash out and I said no I needed her to fix it I even told the store manager I needed my hair fixed she attempted to fix it again made it worst I started to get sick to my stomach looking at how bad my hair was asked to use the bathroom I felt like I was gonna vomi! came out of the bathroom and the lady noticed my hair was really bad I mean you couldn't and still can't even tell my hair was ever platinum blonde at this point the lady said let me cut your hair first that's when I told her no to stay away from my hair and kinda had a moment in the salon and told them how I felt and what she had done to my hair the manager told the lady doing my hair at this point she would have to bleach my whole head and I told her absolutely not she then told me if I wanted to wait she could try and fix my hair I said I didn't want anyone in the salon touching my hair and left worst experience ever and now......
