I came on the 6th of July and as I was getting out, this elderly lady was smoking outside and told me that I couldn’t have my bag inside (it was big and I thought it was understandable as people have been stealing). As me and my boyfriend went back to the car she was giving us dirty look. When I went inside she quickly finished her cigarette, entered and immediately started to stare at me down and couldn’t let me shop and look peacefully. I’m not sure if this lady was racist as me, my boyfriend, and my sister are Hispanic. When we left the lady had the nerve to give me a dirty look when I was leaving. I get people are stealing but they have cameras for a reason.

I went in today to get acetone and cotton balls and I also got a sprite. I waited in line PAID and left the store. I guess the alarm went off I didn’t hear it and continued to walk out. Suddenly a worker named Alex comes out and takes my picture accusing me of stealing. I went back in with my bag and RECEIPT and asked him why they took a picture of me and asked if they need to check my things. They checked it and saw there was a sensor on the acetone and that’s why it rang. They handled it rudely and didn’t even apologize to me which is upsetting. I always come to this location and for this to happen is unacceptable. To make an error like that and not apologize is crazy. Will not be returning.

This place is races and they thought me and my sister were stilling and they were looking at us when we were shopping and it made us fell uncomfortable and me and my sister are Latina and the workers are white and they are so mean to us DON'T COME HERE

Was not able to get cash back they had no cash in the told that day.. The employee was talking about stuff that really was not relevant to me really just wanted to get out of there after waiting more then 20 minutes in line.

I arrived at 8:50 left at 10:15 after no one showed up to open! The Coca Cola lady was also out there attempting to make a delivery but no one ever showed up which sucks! Attempted to go back after noon and they still weren't open

The lady working the Register in the evening was high on something she couldn’t even greet or tell me my total then not even a thank you. Every other family dollar I go to people at LEAST greet.

Family Dollar has become one of our mainstays due to having a lot of products we use and the low prices. But lately the selection has been drastically low and we have had to get the products at another retailer and on the products we are looking for the price has jumped considerably and is now higher than other stores in the area. ?

This store is horrible! The stock is almost non existent in most areas of the store. But to top it off walking around we noticed several opened bags of food and stashed emptied bottles of product all over the place. This store is a complete joke!!!

I came into this location today, Emme was my cashier! She was very friendly and ADORABLE!! ? The store was a little messy though! It was still a great experience!
