Manager is horrible, screaming at cashier. I ask for a box for candles she would not give me the box till i pay. Corporate really needs to do something about this manager

Cashiers was super nice, manger on the other hand was extremely rude. I called to speak to a manager about something that happened there she told me to call corporate and hung up. I called again to ask for her name told me she was busy and hung up. I walked inside the store and she was just screaming at the kids from the school to get out. While there was only one cashier and all the other staff was working stocking the floor.

I was peacefully shopping no problem at all. After paying for my stuff the cashier rudely told me I was banned for 3 weeks and if I even came back he’d have me criminally charged for trespassing. I did nothing at all!!

Visited 3/26/24 around 2pm. The cashiers were all sweethearts while getting yelled at through the intercom by the manager. The manager even came out to yell at the cashiers in front of the customers. The disrespect toward the employees in front of everyone was insane I can’t imagine how they are treated when no customers are around.

Employees are always kind at this location. The sad thing is that dollar tree consistently will only have one employee running the store, while a manager sits in the office.

The store was filthy, the staff didn't care, merchandise all over the floor, this was horrible and I will never ever be back. If I managed this store I would fire the entire crew and start from scratch, no excuse for this disaster.
Since my last review it has started getting better

I love dollar tree, but this specific dollar tree is very poorly managed!!!! If you ask to use the restroom the staff will lie about the key, one said the key was stolen the other said the bathroom was in repair and the Natalie nun looking girl with the permanent dumb look literally just walked away when asked. (seeing that we are buying customers who have used it in the past, a hand full of people and myself didn’t understand why that wasn’t allowed) When the manager was confronted about why the bathroom was not able to be used she said we couldn’t use the key because it was latched on her personal keys.. when told that was not our issue she was rude and said “first off don’t talk to me like that or I won’t let you use it”All in all the store has the worst staff full of useless people managed by a grouchy old lady who is obviously mad she is unable to retireWould highly recommend going to dollar tree in Taylorsville, they have better stuff anyway!

I was in the store tonight and I just love Kimberly she was so polite and helpfull . just love this store I wish there was less stealing going on but what do you do ? Please don't ever close this location !! thanks..
